okay you get stabbed by someone you thought was your friend and you're hot enemy comes in and says "who did this to you" ( original i know )
even better they don't notice until you pass out from the pain and the freaks the fuck out cause they think you might die
or the random blood spilling from your stab wound and when they let go of you ( let's say they grabbed your waist or something ) there's blood all over their hands and they are mad you didn't tell them and it leads to angry seggs which probably isn't smart cause you were stabbed but it's fine lolz
