The beautiful sunrise came up to the kingdom, as everyone get up early to start the day in the morning of the Fur kingdom. Lance finally got up by the clanging sound of the huge clock bell ringing outside and stretches. He went to the door and noticed it was still locked until he heard footsteps coming and waited for anyone to open the door.
The door opens and it was Tina and Shelia. He stood there nervously since he sees Shelia with an annoyed look.
"Come on, Small Fry, we are going to escort you to the bathroom to clean you and get you ready for the ceremony that the Empress set up for you." Shelia says as she grabbed his arm and Tina follows.
During the morning, he was taken to a huge bathroom and was cleaned up and down in the warm soapy water. The maids made sure he was cleaned top to bottom and never had a great bath like this before. One of the maids got worried when she sees scars on his back for some reason and decided to tell the Empress about it later. Lance was a little down and worried about being in a different kingdom since he's in a society that treat him differently just because he's a human but when he knows that he's part of the furry Kingdom longer, everyone would accept him.
After the bath, He was escorted to a dressing room and was groomed and cleaned and dressed in new clothes that fits him perfectly.
"Where are we going?" He asked.
"We are going to take you to the courtyard for the acceptance ceremony. Since you are the first human that came into our Kingdom, Our Empress decides to see if you stay or leave, so take my advice and be on your best behavior." Tina explains as she took his hand.
Meanwhile, in the throne room, Empress Lola was getting ready to head out to the courtyard until she meant her most trusted advisor of the Kingdom.
"Good morning, Empress." Carlos says.
"Good morning to you too Carlos." The Empress says with a smile.

"So, I have been hearing that decided to do a ceremony for the human child to stay in our kingdom. I was just wondering why." He asks.
"Well, Carlos, don't you think it's time that we should find a way to coexist with the humans anyway. The Separation and the racism needed to end sometime." Empress Lola explains.
"I understand but, what makes you think this human child is different than the others that mistreated us in the past?"
"Because I see it in his eyes. His tears showed that he had a heart since he didn't attack, and I see a vision that he wanted everyone to be in peace. Now go and get ready for the ceremony." She commanded.
