The Decepticon that already knows Shockwave's past is Soundwave and Predaking.
How Soundwave knows:
When he walks around the Nemesis in the middile of night, he heard Shockwave talking at himself about did his carrier died is because of him. At first Soundwave was shocked but he decided to talk with him tomorrow. So at the next early morning, he promise to Shockwave that he swear on Megatron's spark, he will never told anyone about this.
How Predaking knows:
Predaking accidentally read Shockwave's secret data-pad A.K.A his diary and of course, he did promise to Shockwave that he won't tell anyone about this, too.
