(Next day)

"Robin I'm gonna restock the horror movies"you said grabbing a box if the new movies.

"No I got it" Steve said grabbing the box and going to the horror section.

"Whatever" robin said from behind the counter.(You Steve and robin all worked at the video store together)

" Steve your Children" robin said as Dustin and max bust through door.

"How many phones do you have" Dustin said a little frightened.

"Three,ones in the back" you say sitting on the counter.

"Three will do"max said tossing her bag over the counter.

"What's going on" Steve said leaning on the counter.

(They explain everything)

"We need to track down Eddie" Dustin said grabbing a phone and getting on the Computer.

"Y/N!" Robin said louder till she got you attention.

"That's the family section"

"I know"

"So why are you putting romance movies there"

"sorry I zoned out,I'm just a little worried about Eddie" you said putting back the romance movies.

"Here I got it go take a break in the back for a second"Steve said taking the box.

"I want to help though"you said looking at him

"You can't help if you can't think straight now go take a break" sighing you do as told.

"No time for that I think I got a hit"max said stopping me.

"Some dude named Reffer Rick eddie got his drugs from him and he'd crash there some times" max said moving the phone out of the way.

"Any last name" Dustin said.

"No he's said to be more like a myth some people don't believe he's real"max said.

"Search Rick on the computer you might get something" I said as robin moved towards the computer.

We searched through the people with the name as Rick and found someone who matched are Description. We got the address and hopped in Steve's car .

"Hello reffer Rick?" Robin said banging on his door while Dustin and Steve looked through the window.

"Guys look" max said drawing are attention.

"Let's take a look" I said walking towards the little shack.It was unlock so we just went in.

"It's a mess" Steve said looking around with his flashlight.

"I can tell" robin said looking around to

"Look there's food someone was here"max said staring at the food.

"What are you doing" Dustin said as Steve poked at a tarp with a oar.

"I'm just trying to find something"

"Stop"

"No"

"Just take it off"

"if your so brave you take it off"

"Be careful" you said

"Don't worry Steve will get anything with his oar" Dustin said.

"AHH"Eddie yelled as he went to attack Steve with a broken beer bottle.

"EDDIE ITS US"Dustin said slowly walking towards him.

"don't come closer"Eddie said holding the bottle to Steve's neck.

"calm down Eddie where here to help" Dustin said softly.

"We swear on my mom, right guys"

"Yea on Dustins mom"robin as everyone agrees.

"Yea, on Dustins mother"Steve says.

Finally he let Steve go and sat down on the floor facing us with his back against the wall.

"Eddie..." you said as you went to go hug him.he flinched a little but hugged you back and didn't let go.

"Can you tell us what happened" you said softly.

"I didn't kill her"he said letting go of me.

"We know but we wanna here what happened from your side"Dustin said.

"You won't believe me"

"Try us" robin said

(Time skip to when after y'all explain the upside down)

"Police" max said

"Tarp"Steve said as Eddie went back to hiding.

"There going somewhere else"Dustin says.

"We're gonna go check it out"Steve said  grabbing his flashlight.

"Stay here with Eddie and radio us if something happens"Steve said as Dustin threw you a walkie-talkie.

Before you could respond everyone was out the door.

"Just me and you Eddie"you said standing up and walking to the boat where Eddie was.

"I was Worried about you but I'm glad your safe"you said lifting the tarp.

"Are you gonna get out" you said to Eddie because he was still under the tarp.

"Yeah I'm just tired" he said getting out of the boat.

"Go to sleep then"you said laughing a little.

"Will you go to sleep with me?, this while thing has me on edge" he said grabbing a blanket from behind a box.

"Sure" you said sitting down against the wall

Eddie walked over and sat down next to you. He laid his head on top of yours because he was taller.he fell asleep after awhile but the warmth made you fall asleep with him.
