Sun's room was an absolute disaster. You wondered how the poor animatronic lived in these conditions.

For being such a clean freak, his room seemed like a tornado just went through it. With broken toys, destroyed, severed S.T.A.F.F bots, and little drawings pinned to the wall drawn by the other kids.

You felt sad for him. When he took you to Chica's room, it was so well decorated and furnished. But Sun was just absolutely neglected.

You wondered what happened here to cause such a mess...

"I'm sorry, sunshine for the mess." He said as he placed you down.

"I-I haven't really cleaned up here. I don't like it up here very much." He said.

You picked up a little plushie that laid on the ground. It was a Sundrop plushie.

"Can I keep this?" You asked him, looking all the way up at his cheerful face.

"Sure thing, sunshine! You can have whatever your heart desires." He giggled, putting his large mechanical hands across his chest.

You smiled, but it quickly faded when you heard the woman's voice echo through the daycare.

"Sun? I need you to look for Y/n! I think she ran off somewhere." Sun peaked from the curtains and said "I haven't seen my sunshine around!"

The woman sighed and said "If she's hiding, I know she likes Chica a lot so I might have her try and lure her out. Chica and I will be circling the premises." The manager left the daycare.

Sun closed the curtains and looked at you as you played with your Sundrop plush and Chica plush.

"I think you're okay up here, friend." He said before sitting down across from you.

Your eyes were droopy. You were so exhausted from all the crying and the Fizzy Faz was giving you a sugar crash.

You felt Sun's hand support your head as you couldn't prop it up anymore from sheer exhaustion.

"Is somebody tired?" He asked softly. You nodded your head in response.

Sun sat up and grabbed a blue mat that was resting against the wall. He laid it out and you crawled on to it.

"I'll get the blankets from the storage room. They are SO soft and the kids love them during nap time." Sun dived into the ball pit and made his way to the storage room where it held toys, play mats, sleeping bags, blankets and many other fun things.

He arrived and you snuggled up close to your Sundrop and Chica plush as he propped a soft, feathered pillow under your head and laid out a fuzzy blanket over your small body with stars and moons on it.

"Can we turn off the lights?" You asked as you looked at Sun as he sat beside you.

He seemed very upset about your question. "No! No, no, no! Keep the lights on!"

You cocked your head in confusion. His reaction wasn't what you were expecting.

"W-why?" You asked.

Sun seemed worried and scared. It didn't put your mind at ease at all.

"There is one rule, keep the lights on." He said in a low, husky voice.

You nodded your head and closed your eyes as Sun caressed your head gently. You fell asleep to silence and comfort for the first time in your young life.

No yelling, no racket coming from your parents' room, you didn't hear your Mother beg for your Father to stop and to get off her anymore.

You fell asleep, anxiety free.
