"Snake, CC. Where are you two?! The speech is starting." Said Wolf over the ear piece. "On our way." I said. We then went back on track and continued to journey through the vents. Snake then peeked through one and confirmed it was the right one. I nodded giving Wolf and Piranha that we were in position. Snake then opened the vent and this time held on by the tail. I held on to his tail as Wolf and Piranha held on. Piranha then went up sitting next to me holding on as well. "Hola hermana." He greeted. "Hola." I smiled.
"This is going surprisingly smoothly." Said Wolf. Wrong word choice Wolf. Just when he said that, he dropped the ring he stole from Diane which hit the golden dolphin just slightly. This activated the whole security system, which pointed lasers at Wolf and Snake. Wolf grabbed the ring with his feet which almost got burnt by the laser. You just had to open your mouth Wolf. "What the molt is that?!" Said Snake. I looked around and saw a sign to the side of them. "No W. P. S. S. T. C Protection System!" I said through the earpiece. "This was not supposed to happen!" Wolf said through the ear piece. "Guys calm down. I'm on it!" Came in Webs. "Initiating W.P.S.S.T.C protocol."
"Get it queen!" I complimented her. We waited for a sec for something to happen. "Did it work?" Asked Wolf. "Just give me 5 minutes!" She said typing. That's when Diane introduced Professor Marmalade, the geniea pig, to the stage. "We don't have 5 minutes!" Said Snake. "Webs any minute!" I yelled to her. "It's not letting me in!" She said. "Check your system preferences." Wolf said. "You probably need to download a driver." Came in Snake. "Try rebooting!" Wolf yelled. Wow, genius."Wow you fixed it!" "Really?!" "NO!" I then heard the chiefs voice through Webs mic, she must be at the door. "Shark, Webs needs help." I motioned to him. "Copy that I'm on my way."
I then noticed Piranha looking sick. "Hurry up guys!" He said. My eyes widened. "Piranha, don't you dare. I can hold on to Snake." He then let go and went farther away from me. "Please not now!" He said not getting very far. "N-no Piranha!" I said. It happened. I held my breath and peeked my head out of the vent, coughing for air. IT then continued to go to the direction of the other vents. "Piranha! Are you kidding me!" Webs said. Not good, looks IT went to her vent.
Diane was about to finish her speech and the window was starting to come up to reveal the golden dolphin. "Webs!" Wolf yelled to her. We're doomed. I couldn't pull them up cause of this stupid system, this is it for us. I closed my eyes for something to happen..I then heard the machinery turn off. Webs did it! Wolf then quickly grabbed the golden dolphin and I pulled them up. We all smirked and got out through the bathroom vents, changing back into our disguises.
Shark grabbed the golden dolphin from us and hid it. We heard all the audiences confused gasps and smirked proudly as we walked out. "Nice work everybody. Now let's make a wolf and get the pack out of here." Said Wolf. "Also, congrats you two that you didn't kill each other in the end." Wolf said pointing to the both of us. "Heh. Trust me. We almost did too many times." Said Snake. "Agreed." I commented.
I then heard the Professor talk over the mic. I decided to not listen as it wasn't important, but I did notice Wolf stop for a second. I turned my head around, waiting for him confused. "Wolf, come on." I whispered yelled. He wasn't in his head as he was listening to Marmalade. Suddenly, his tail started to wag. "Wolf!" Snake came in as the rest of the gang noticed. Soon, everyones eyes was on Wolf and us and Wolf's disguise soon faltered.
"It's the bad guys!" A guy yelled. The chief came in like a flash of lightning through the crowd. "ARREST THEM!" She yelled. We were all now surrounded by cops. "They stole the golden dolphin!" She pointed. "Come on..you can't prove that!" Said Wolf leaning on Shark. The golden dolphin then came out of Shark's skirt. What did we talk about talking at the wrong time? "MY BABY!" Shark said grabbing it. W H A T.
"On your knees bad guys! With your hands up!" The chief yelled as she cracked her knuckles. "Never! We're outta here!" Yelled Snake as we all smirked. Wolf grabbed his claw gun, which latched onto something over the ceiling. "So long suckers!" Wolf said as we all huddled to him, hanging on tight. Wolf then pressed the button as we waited for it to take us..only it didn't take us. It took his pants.
We were all silent in awkwardness. "Well, this just got a little weird." Wolf said, scratching the back of his neck.
