"Okay, then," False said. "I'll help you bandage your arm, since we're business partners now."

"I don't wanna hurt people..." I mumbled.

"I can keep going." False held up the knife.

"No!" I was sobbing. "Please, don't!"

"So you'll help me win?"

"F-fine. I'll help you."

"Good. Now, if you would've just agreed from the start, you wouldn't need your arm bandaged."

False got a roll of bandages out of her pocket and lifted my arm to start bandaging. I whimpered in pain occasionally, when she wrapped it just a bit too tight.

Once she was done bandaging my arm, she yanked me to my feet. "Your role in helping me. You want to know that, right?"

"I guess," I responded.

"So, I'm going to disconnect you from the meeting button."

"Why?"
"Because," False grinned creepily. "The Crewmates need to think you're dead."

"Again, why?"

"So you can get a kill during a time when I have a strong alibi. Then, the Crewmates won't get suspicious of me."

"Alright," I then spotted a flaw in the plan. "If you have immediate respawn on, there won't be a body. How will they know when the person died?"

"You make them yell something. Something not-person-specific, hopefully," False explained.

"But then, the Crewmates will all show up and I'll just be standing there," I pointed out.

"You can just vent!"

"But I'm not an actual Impostor! I can't vent! And what if the person sees me and shouts my name?"

"Is there a physical barrier stopping you?"

".....No..."

"You'll be fine, then. As for them saying your name, then just sneak up behind them."

"Having other people involved would be a risk, though." I hoped that my attempt to keep others from harm would be interpreted as care for False's cause. "What if I just screamed and then hopped in a vent?"

"There needs to be blood for it to be convincing. Plus, I don't trust your acting ability for a convincing help-I'm-being-stabbed scream."

"Fine. Who am I killing, then?"

"Who do you want to kill?" False asked.

I sighed. "I don't care anymore. According to your note, you've already tortured to death the one person here that I give a sh*t about."

"Okay- so- What's the difference between a fish, a piano, and some glue?" Scar asked, interrupting himself by laughing. Here we are- the group of Crewmates doing tasks in and around the Cafeteria, plus an Impostor who kinda retired and is now just cracking stupid jokes.

"What's the difference?" Splash asked.

"You can tune a piano, but you can't tuna fish!" Scar gave a mischievous smirk.

"Why's the glue a part of it?" I asked.

"Well-" Scar burst into giggles. "Ellen, I knew you'd get stuck on that one!"

After a very loud silence, Joel said, "That was kind of a lame joke."

"What?" Scar looked very offended. "That wasn't even a terrible joke I made up, It was a terrible joke from the internet!"

"The internet isn't known for good jokes," Owen pointed out.

"OH!" False exclaimed. "I just got it!" She started to giggle. "Cause you're stuck in the glue!"

"That makes sense!" Owen said.

I nodded, at the same time as Splash seemed to get the joke and burst into laughter.

"I still don't get it." Joel said.

"Joel, you're a dumba-" Scar's rare moment of swearing was cut off by a loud shriek of terror coming from the direction of Weapons. I looked over, and the doors were shut. There was a long moment of tense silence before False ran over to the main table and slammed her hand onto the Emergency Meeting button.

After the slight nausea of being teleported cleared, I looked around the table and saw seven people there, besides myself.

"Alright, we're taking roll call to find out who just died and where everybody was!" False decided.

"Wait- somebody died?" Cleo asked.

"False, Splash, Scar, Ellen, and myself were all in the Cafeteria, and we heard a scream in, Weapons I think, but the doors were shut." Owen explained.

"I didn't hear a thing, I was in Reactor," Ren said.

"I was down by shields," Cleo said.

"Ariana and Ranboo are missing," I pointed out. "So it was probably one of them who screamed."

"Duh," Joel said.

"So, those two are who died?" Cleo asked.

"Duh," Joel repeated.

"It was a very high-pitched scream," False remembered. "So it was probably Ariana who died just now."

"Guys can have high yells, too!" Scar said defensively. "It might've been Ranboo!"

"Scar, your voice is very different from Ranboo's, just sayin', man," Ren said.

"Okay," I said, trying to get the conversation back on track. "Does anybody remember being near Ariana at all recently?"

"Yeah! She passed me by Navigation. I was going down to Shields, and she was coming up to Weapons. Someone was following her. I'm pretty sure it was... Ranboo? Or maybe- Maybe it was Ren," Cleo tried, having realised her mistake a bit late.

"I was on the left half the ENTIRE time," Ren said.

"Obviously, somebody's lying," Owen deduced.

"Did she just try and throw sus on somebody who's dead?" Joel asked. "Did anybody else catch that?"

"That doesn't make sense," Scar said.

"I promise, I'm not the Impostor!" Cleo yelped. "I just- I could've sworn that it was Ranboo that was following Ariana!"

"It sounds like you were the one following her," Splash said.

"Are we voting?" False asked.

"I think so," Owen answered.

"Cleo was not the Impostor. Also, you guys need to hurry up. We're getting worried about-"

Phew- I finally finished this part!

I have plans for the next part, too, so hopefully there won't be such a huge gap between now and the next part. Meanwhile, enjoy the cliffhanger of worried Impulse.
