Seeing that the mongrel beneath me is now willing to do as I planned, I turned a corner then began walking to the Church Kirei was hold up in, while motioning for the young 'Shirou' to follow beside me, who ran up beside me before slowing down to match my pace.

Shirou: So what do you mean when you said your a wild cow by 'classification'?

Gilgamesh: To understand why, we must go over Gaia. Since you mentioned her before, you must be familiar.

Shirou: somewhat. Mom Taught me the basic's when it came to Gaia. She's the will of the planet, Her and Alaya were once the same only to split into two when humanity had a will of it's own. She despises us with every part of her being, and if it wasn't for Alaya. We'd all be dead.

Gilgamesh: Correct. So if the planet is alive, then why do gods exist?

Shirou: Huh? How did we get from Gaia, to Gods?

Gilgamesh: Simple. While humanity at the time was progressing, The planet attempted to halt they're Growth through worshiping of what we call gods. While a large portion of the gods were concepts. Some gods existed without Gaia's attempt at holding humanity back in mind and were given the classification of a god through worship: for example the Mesoamerica gods were normal animals that were changed to gods from a microscopic organism that was carried by the meteor that killed the dinosaurs and infected the plants; While the Greek gods were Originally Alien Machine Gods from another universe that came to Gaia to Colonize it.

Shirou: wait, what?-

Gilgamesh: I didn't give you permission to talk while I'm specking, Mongrel.

Shirou: Sorry Mr. Gilgamesh....

Gilgamesh: Now before I was interrupted. Unlike those Gods, the gods I was born from were concepts that existed since Gaia's creation that were worshipped, so as a result are apart of Gaia. Except for a certain Few like Amaterasu, but she isn't important anymore. She was killed, along with a few others...

Shirou: The gods were killed?

Gilgamesh: Yes, sadly for them.

Shirou: But by what?

Gilgamesh: A giant Anti-mana Alien who became nothing more then a barbaric hun.

Shirou: .....

Gilgamesh: ... moving on. Since the 'gods' are in general, bit's and pieces of Nature. Some of there worshippers can see the characteristic they represent, along with a minor connection to nature steaming from them. Do you understand now, Mongrel?
