They were going back to the Headquarters. Sherlock was gonna go investigate while the others have to fight.
Great, just great, Clary thought
They're looking for people to go. They only need 5 people to fight. Hermione, Annabeth, Sherlock, John, and the Doctor are going to investigate. So far, only Katniss and Percy volunteered. Clary stayed silent. Not knowing what to say.
Four joined. Then Harry. Suddenly, Jace raised his hand, showing that he volunteered.
"Jace, no you can't" Clary said.
"Why not?" Jace replied
"Because...because."
Jace sighed,"I'm doing this for all of us" he said walking away
"And for the mangoes" Jace muttered.
Clary stayed silent.
