It's been almost a month of Dawn's arrival and an exact month from Nora's. The two of them blended well and managed to work so Nora could spend more time with her parents. Meanwhile, Dawn got to know her mother all over again and sometimes, even Barry joined them. The two girls started to assist their father at CCPD as CSIs. They were very good at job and Barry enjoyed work with them as well as fighting crime together. Dawn as Velocity, Nora as XS and Barry as the Flash. Of course, along with Frost, Vibe and the Elongated Man. They were Central City's favourite superheroes. The girls almost got too caught up in this timeline, forgetting that their actual time was few years from here.
That's why the third Allen sister took this in her hands and travelled back in time, just to bring her sisters home. Dawn's mission was exactly the same, however, gradually she became attached to this plae-Not that she totally forgot about her timeline, just the fact that she and Nora already spent too much time in a place where they don't exist yet.
It would be a lie if Selene Snow-Allen said she wasn't interested how younger versions of her parents and family were, but it she couldn't blend too much like Nora and Dawn. Central City now is truly different and somehow beautiful but home was still far from here, from this time and she needed to remind that to her sisters.
And now here she was, walking the hallway of the great S.T.A.R. Labs, about to meet her family for the first time again.
At first, no one noticed her arrival. Team was chattering in the lounge room. Her sisters were telling uncle Cisco something which caused him to burst into bits of laughter. Aunt Iris was the first one to see her.
"Um... Guys? We have a stranger in the room." She told the rest of the team. They turned their heads in the direction Iris was looking and gave the girl same confused looks as she did. Well, exept Dawn and Nora who had a surprise written all over their faces.
"Selene?!" Dawn's jaw almost dropped on the floor, she and their older sister stood up to approach her. Selene smiled and gave her sisters a knowing look.
"You guys stayed her far longer than needed." She said while leaning on the door frame.
"H-how did you get here-Wait, don't answer that, it's a stupid question." Nora shook her head.
"Why are you here?" Dawn asked while hugging her younger sibling.
"You two travel back in time to see our parents and I'm not allowed to follow?" Selene smirked while hugging back. "But of course, I'm here to bring you two back home. As much as the timeline isn't changed, there still are risks and you two have stayed here more then a week."
"Woah, woah, woah! Hold on a minute. Who are you?" Cisco asked the bright blue eyed girl, an unique trait that only she had in the family.
"I'm Selene Snow-Allen. Barry's and Caitlin's second daughter. I suppose my sisters didn't mention me for the sake of the timeline." She responded with a smile. Another shockwave ran over the team. Where there any more surprise kids?
"You're our daughter?" Caitlin managed to ask.
"Sorry, we didn't mention her." Dawn grinned sheepishly.
"Had a good reason." Nora added.
"Truly." Selene agreed.
"Barry what's up with your kids and timelines?" Ralph asked with confusion. It was a good question.
The Allen sisters chuckled. "Got that from dad." Nora replied.
"Okay, my head is bursting out now." Barry let out a small laugh. "So there's three of you?" He glanced at his future daughters.
"Mm-hmm." Dawn nodded. "But there's Oak too, Nora's younger brother, Iris' and Eddie's son."
"Still can't believe that." Iris' eyes widened.
"Wait, does this mean you're leaving?" Caitlin asked suddenly. She saw the looks of her children and frowned. "Looks like it."
"B-but-" Iris stuttered. Forget the timeline, they got too used to this kids being in their lives and now them leaving left a terrible feeling.
"Hey, it's all right, you guys will us when we'll be toddlers! Believe me, Selene was the cutest one of us with her beautiful blue eyes. We actually thought she would get the ice genes." Dawn grinned.
"But I didn't." Youngest Allen shrugged. "I'm only a speedster."
"Wouldn't it be unfair if you left before we got to know Selene?" Caitlin asked with a hopeful look.
"Well, you'll know me in the future-"
"That's different." Barry cut her off.
"Yeah, stay for a week or some time." Iris shared the same look as Caitlin.
Dawn and Nora glanced at Selene for an answer. It was her turn to decide.
"Don't look at me like that." She said. Then sighed. "Fine, but we'll stay exactly a week. Not a day more."
"Yes!" Older sisters beamed while a big grin appeared on the rest of the team's faces.
"Come here now, I want to know my daughter!" Caitlin smiled and motioned Selene to come closer. She was a little surprised but still walked to her. Her mother pulled her in a hug while Barry, Nora and Dawn smiled.
"We'll leave the family to have some fun." Cisco and Ralph stood up. "See you at Jitters in the evening!" And with that, they left the room.
Iris smiled at the future Allens. "As much as I'd love to stay now, I have to work, but I'll see you all in the evening!" She waved her hand and left while the other smiled at her and bid their goodbyes.
Selene had no idea what to do now. Her sisters where already used to this versions of her parents while she could only smile awkwarldy. She didn't plan to stay here, therefore she had absolutely zero idea of how to act.
"Someone say something, this is getting strange." She whispered to her sisters who giggled in response.
"No worries." Dawn told her. "Dad, we can all go in the cafe you showed me." She turned to Barry who nodded with a smile.
"Race?" Nora asked with a smirk. Her family nodded. Barry pulled Caitlin in his arms and at the count of three the Allens sped off.
