(Mary's POV)

I was a human like everyone else, we weren't wealthy and we only have dirty clothes to spare, the only thing we have to do to survive is by doing the jobs for those who have never felt hunger before. When my family died, I felt nothing but sadness and hatred inside me.

As if it were not enough to kill my family, they even kidnapped me. At that time I simply wished for me to die. If my future were a meal for those damn monsters I would have favored death.

Until I met my Queen, nothing could rival her beauty and as she used me as her meal it didn't even hurt. Was it her doing? I heard stories that Humans that are bitten by Vampires shout in agony until they die. To some extent it even felt good.

After going through the pain of changing my race, all thanks to my Queen, I felt newfound strength. I could see what was called Magicules and the true strength of my Queen that I swore my life to.

"Anyways Mary, stop looking at the ground like that. That way it seems you fear me fufufu. You have such a beautiful face so show it to me" She said and so I slowly looked up to her.

I don't fear her... it's just that.. I... I will absolutely blush at seeing her face! And so I did as I looked at her heterochromia eyes. I was feeling shy and a bit weird.

"Fufu that's better... anyways Mary I have a mission for you" Luminous said in a somewhat more serious tone which shocked me and all feelings vanished leaving me looking completely serious at her.

"If you want to live you should sneak out of here and find a human that resembles you to some extent. I don't care where you find it, just kill it or use it as your meal and bring it here." Luminous explained.

"I understand my Queen" I said kneeling.

"Haa... didin't you call me Princess and I told you not to? Now Queen?" Luminous sighed .

"Well I don't care just let no one hear you call me like that it will only give headaches." she finished.

"Then I'll be on my way, my Queen, I'll make sure to fulfill your orders perfectly" I said and stood up.

"Fufu of course, I know you'll do that" Luminous said and I left walking through the corridors. I had some understanding of the layout of the castle here as I remembered how I was dragged here.

Some Vampires passed me without even looking at me. It was quite frightening but I guess my appearance has changed a lot. But as I walked past some kind of guard I was stopped.

With a sharp tone he asked "What is such a young and weak Vampire like you doing here?" I flinched as I heard it and felt his grip on my arm. Think of something... you need to think of something...

"I'm sorry, Mister... it is actually my first time here. I was called to the princess for being a possible maid but after... having some fun I was ordered to go home and come back later. Would you be so kind as to lead me back?" I said.

The Guard was quite surprised "I'm sorry for stopping you like this. If you are a personnel of the princess you are of course one of the Castle's people. Let me guide you" He said and then showed me the way.

'Fufu what an Idiot... I need to tell my Queen later that the Guards need to be changed. Everyone would be able to walk in and out here if this continues' I thought without knowing that my attitude as a Spy was already slowly growing inside me.
