Okay, you guys, before you come at me, I made it Fitz's POV cause I didn't want it to be Sophie's for 3 chapters in a row and Keefe's not going to be awake yet in this chapter or most of this chapter. Depends on how I write it out. Also, I forgot to write an a/n in my last chapter but thank you guys for 20 reads! Lol it seems sort of pathetic when I read other fan fics and authors are thanking people for like thousands of reads but I really appreciate all the reads. I expected none cause like usually I only read stories that have like a bunch of reads and votes cause they are like at the top of the search list so I didn't expect anyone to see my story. I'm pretty sure I sound like desperate for attention rn or something and like prolly no one is reading this so imma stop and start the story lol.

I looked at myself in the mirror and adjusted my tunic. I wanted to look presentable, even if I was just visiting a friend. I used to like Sophie, like like-like but I honestly don't think I still do. A couple months ago, I saw this girl who was the same level as me at foxfire and I just keep thinking about her. Her name is Stina and every time I see her, I just can't take my eyes off her. The way she struts down the hall with her 2 minions following behind her. I mean it's no wonder why she has minions, everyone should just start worshipping her. She's a literal goddess.

(a/n I CAN'T I'M SORRY THEY DESERVE EACH OTHER LOLLL. I was really tempted to just have him fall in love with the dirt because he doesn't deserve any elf but I felt like that would be a slight problem in the story so this was the 2nd best solution)

But every time I see Sophie hanging out with Keefe, a pang of anger hits my heart. The only guy who deserves to be with her is me, but I don't want to be with her because Stina is just better. So since, Keefe is knocked out, I'm going to hang out with Sophie as much as possible, to make she falls for me and me only. Then as soon as I know she's head over heels for me, I'll start focusing 100% at Stina. I grinned at myself in the mirror, proud of my plan.

Last time I visited the healing center, Sophie was knocked out and Elwin was talking about some nightmares and how the bones in her arm re-fractured or something. I honestly wasn't really paying attention cause I didn't really care so as I left as soon as I could. Before I head out to the healing center, I have to do something first.

I took out my imparter and called a name.

"Hey!" I said, flashing my movie star grin.

"What's up" an angelic voice said back to me.

"Nothing really but I had to ask you something really quickly." She nodded, signaling me to continue. "Do you- uh would you want to go to a cafe in Atlantis tonight at 7 with me?"

She blushed and opened her mouth, "Yea sure, that sounds good"

"Okay great, see you there Stina" I said and clicked off the imparter.

(a/n as much as I don't like Stina, I feel bad for making her go on a date with Fitz)

Yes! Now I just have to visit Sophie! I leaped over to the healing center and pushed open the doors. "Hey Elwin" I called.

"Oh hey Fitz, back again?"

"Yea just checking on Sophie"

"Well lucky for you, she woke up a couple minutes ago" He smiled. Soon he left to his office, mumbling something about not wanting to interrupt a sophitz moment.

"Oh hi Fitz" Sophie said, looking up from her book.

"Hey!" I flashed a movie star grin and she blushed. "What book are you reading?"

"Oh just a human book I brought before I moved to the Lost Cities. It's called Harry Potter and the goblet of fire." (a/n to all harry potter fans, who's your favorite ship, character, and which book is your favorite?)

"Oh cool" I responded, uninterested. "Do you want to do some trust exercises?" I asked, eagerly. Maybe she'll finally tell me that secret she's been holding onto. It's honestly really annoying, like it's affecting our cognate connection and she's being such a baby about it. Like how bad is one secret?

"NOPE!" Elwin called from his office, clearly eavesdropping. "She gets these random mental attacks that are affected by emotion, kinda like a nightmare except during the day, and I don't want her to thrash and flail and re-fracture her bones, again"

"Well, I guess that answers your question" Sophie said. Like duh I figured that out Captain Obvious but instead of saying that, I flashed a smile and said, "Well maybe we can work on some telepathy exercises"

Elwin didn't butt in again so I assumed that we had Elwin permission. Sophie must've thought the same thing cause she nodded her head and said, "That sounds good"

About like an hour later, it was 6 and I had to leave for my date with Stina. We said our goodbyes and I leaped back to Everglen. I took a quick shower and changed into a fitted dark red tunic with a white undershirt. I had beige pants and black shoes. After cleaning up my hair I sprayed on some new cologne and checked the mirror. Everything looked good and I checked the time. Crap, it was already 6:58. I rushed out of the house and leaped to Atlantis. By the time I reached the cafe, I was 3 minutes late. I saw Stina standing in the front of the cafe wearing a simple scarlet dress with black boots on. She was looking around and I figured it was probably for me so I rushed over to where she was.

"Hey!" I grinned.

"Oh hey! I was wondering when you were going to show up" She said, nonchalantly.

"Oh yeah sorry I lost track of time"

"No worries. Anyway, let's uh go order some food"

"Sounds good" I followed her inside.

After we ordered, the waiter came with our food, eyeing Stina. I glared at him and he quickly left. It was mostly silent when we ate except for a few attempts at small talk. After we paid, I walked her out leapt with her to her home.

"Thanks for tonight. I kinda wish it didn't have to end now." She said.

"We can always do it again" I smirked. "Or we don't have to end it now"

"What do yo-"

I cut her off a pressed my lips against hers. Her eyes went wide and she started squirming uncomfortably. I ignored it, thinking that she would melt into the kiss, like all other normal girls. I put one hand on her cheek and the other in her curly hair. Then I started to push my tongue into her mouth, but she kept her lips closed. Suddenly, her hands came up onto my chest and she pushed me off.

"What the heck?" She said, angrily. "You could clearly tell I didn't enjoy that, but you didn't stop"

"So, it's my fault?" I asked shocked. "Clearly there's something wrong with you. Normal girls would die to just have a peck from me"

"Well, I guess I'm not normal" She spat and stormed into her house.

Not knowing what else to do, I just leapt out of there, angrily.

a/n I never thought I would say this but we stan Stina. You go girl. Put Fitz in his place. Also, I'm sorry for making Fitz a jerk in this story. I just thought it would spice up things a little more. And I know some people probably hated reading this chapter considering it was mostly Fitz, but I promise, the story will get better... I hope lol. Anyway, have a good day/night! I'll try and update soon!
