My POV:
It's been a while since I reunited the royal family. Gingerbrave took me to his kingdom, the Cookie Kingdom, and it's been fantastic so far! I met some cookies like Angel, Pancake, Blackberry, Adventurer, Sparkling and Cotton! They were all really nice. Recently, I got pranked by Gumball Cookie, who used his cannon to pelt me with gum balls while I was exploring the kingdom. It was funny to him and me but it took ages to remove the sticky mess, especially when your a cookie and can't use water to wash it off.
Although I was enjoying my time in the CRK world, I still missed my home in the real world. I thought of my friends and family, and knew they would be worrying about me. As much as I felt at home here, deep down in my heart, I knew this was not where I belonged. Just then, while I was pondering about how to get home, Gingerbrave called me, "Hey, Cream Cookie! Wizard Cookie needs you right now!" When I heard him, I quickly sprinted over to join him. He took me to Wizard's tower of records to try and help me get home.
"So, Cream Cookie," said Wizard Cookie, "Where did you come from?" I answered, "I'm more like a pilgrim, exploring here and there." Wizard then interrogated me about where I was baked, what the portal looked like and how I got here. I thought to myself, I guess Strawberry Crepe Cookie was right about him being so skeptical, he can't let go of the question of how did I get here. "Cream Cookie, Wizard Cookie!" called out Gingerbrave, I sighed with relief knowing that I did not need to answer any of Wizard Cookie's questions for now. We ran off to find Gingerbrave and he explained what their next mission was. He said, "Pure Vanilla Cookie asked us to send this letter to Dark Cacao Cookie in his kingdom, the others are already preparing for the trip, are you guys ready?" In response, I shook my head and ran off to get the necessities for the trip.
Meanwhile...
Young Snow Cookie's POV:
"Hello...? Guard! Is anyone in there?" I called out, as I pounded on the gate doors. I continued, "Open the gates! Please! Let me in!" The gatekeeper put up is hand to stop me and said, "Leave at once, the castle's gates open for no one!" I still insisted, "I must see King Dark Cacao Cookie! Our village is in danger!" All of a sudden, the gates unlatched and a cookie dressed in a mocha style outfit came out. His white-ish brown hair was braided and he swept out to find out what was causing a commotion. He sternly asked, "What is the meaning of this? Explain yourself." I desperately shouted, "Our village has been starving for days! Things are so desperate, cookies are stealing from each other! Wild beasts also keep coming to our village and attacks everyone!" I asked for assistance and begged him to send the Watchers. He answered, "This is ill news indeed... if you are speaking the truth," he continued, "We have been receiving words of villages on the outskirts disappearing one by one... However, such rumours are easily exaggerated or distorted." I freaked out and insisted that I was not lying and told him it call the king to come and see for himself. The cookie then told me that King Dark Cacao Cookie was occupied elsewhere and to seek aid somewhere else. However, I begged to let me tell the king by myself, thinking that he will believe me. But they just locked me out once more.
King Dark Cacao Cookie... have you really abandoned us?
My POV:
Gingerbrave, me and the rest of the crew were in the snowy plains of the Dark Cacao Citadel. I was shocked to find that everyone else didn't even wear a jacket like I did and I was sure they were freezing. Gingerbrave said, "There is a village below the walls of the kingdom over there! We just need to head there and deliver this letter." As Gingerbrave finished those words, Wizard Cookie sneezed and remarked, "L-let's hurry on then! A fading hope that the castle has some warm blankets and hot chocolate, it's so cold out here!" I said, "Then you should have worn warmer clothes!" Wizard Cookie argued, "I knew it would be cold but not this cold! You could have advised us!" At that moment, Chilli Pepper got mad and said, "Knock it off you two! Don't waste your energy on arguing." She also shivered a bit. Custard Cookie III muttered under his breath about hot chocolate and used the thought to keep himself going in the snow. All of a sudden, we heard a roar in the distance I stopped in my tracks and said, "Did you guys hear that?" Chilli Pepper snapped, "It's just the wind, Double Blades!" But she was proved wrong when we heard a screech from an animal in the distance. Strawberry Cookie quivered and stuttered, "N-no, that's not the wind, m-more like... a terrifiying roar!" A beast pounced on us at that exact moment and Gingerbrave yelled in fear. Strawberry Cookie said, " Stay back, get away!" But it was no use, it still growled at us as if we were it's meal. At the sight of the beast, Everyone ran as fast as we could to the nearest village, screaming as we ran.
(Insert meeting with the Milk Tribe because I'm lazy and it goes the same way)
Soon, we left the village.
The moment we exited, that very same beast tackled at us once more and we drew our weapons, the rest at the Milk Village had just given us enough energy to fight it.
Meanwhile...
Caramel Arrow Cookie's POV:
I whispered to myself, "There's a nip in the air, yet another night spent out in the wilderness. At least I had my fill of Boar Jellies!" I thought, a moon has passed since I left the Black Citadel, I hope my lord, Dark Cacao Cookie is doing well. As I sighed, I thought of my banishment and hoped that my fellow Watchers did not fall victim to indignation and lies. I muttered, "That deceitful snake, I swear I will return and prove my innocence!" I remembered the moment I was banished. I wondered to myself, what wisdom was hidden in your words, your majesty? I do not understand your meaning... However, I knew I could not just weep about it. I decided to concentrate in keeping busy. I told myself that this was a manner of perspective and could fulfill so many tasks out here, and so I continued to carve and fletch 20 arrows to ward off bandits and wild beasts.
Until I heard screaming from other cookies...
I panicked knowing that they were attempting to fend off beasts and called out to them, telling them that help was on the way.
My POV:
I thought to myself: This should be the moment where the girl boss, Caramel Arrow should show up! And true to my thoughts, just when Gingerbrave told us to run for it, she appeared and told us to not run and not scatter. Chilli Pepper furiously replied, " WHAT DO YOU MEAN DON'T RUN! This thing won't back down no matter how hard we try!" Just then, Strawberry mumbled that she felt cold and sleepy. We saw Caramel Arrow run up, confront the beast and she shot an arrow at it. The arrow pierced the Snow Lion and it ran away. Caramel Arrow then asked if we were all in one piece and explained to us how she found us. Caramel Arrow expressed her amazement to us, she said, "To have lasted that long on your own... you've much skill in combat! You all are much tougher thank you seem!" She continued, "May I ask which village you call home?" Gingerbrave replied, "Everyone but Cream Cookie are from the faraway Cookie Kingdom, you saved our dough back there! And that is a really very cool-looking bow!" Caramel Arrow smiled and said, "Let me introduce myself. I and Caramel Arrow Cookie, a humble servant of the king and a member of the Dark Cacao Kingdom's legion of Watchers!" Custard grinned and remarked, "It's a pleasure to meet you, Caramel Arrow!" We continued on our way with Caramel Arrow to protect us. On the way there, Gingerbrave asked, "Say, Caramel Arrow Cookie, you said you were a servant of the king right? We need to deliver this letter to Dark Cacao Cookie!" Caramel Arrow sighed and said, "I'm sorry my friends, the truth is, I cannot help you. I've been banished from the castle because of slander and lies. I can only take you there, but who knows what will happen to you in there, beyond my protection. I believe you will be fine though, seeing that you all can last long enough for a snow lion to not turn you into crumbs. I believe it should be easier for you all to battle a few cookies." Custard said, "That's rude, lying just to get someone out." Gingerbrave quietly asked, "After the Dark Flour War... Did Dark Cacao Cookie change... for the worst?" Caramel Arrow quickly cut in, saying, "No! I believe my king is still as resolute as his ancient times! It's just that sniveling snake, whispering lies and slander into the king's ear... However, I shall still guide you there. Watcher's promise!"
