Mark chuckled at the reaction he got from the younger. Jeno is trying hard to hide his real feelings but unfortunately, he is terrible at it "I can smell JEA-LOU-SYYYYYYYY!" he sang the last word with whatever melody of a song it is
The latter turn around and roll his eyes for the third time "Shut up, I don't care about that guy anymore." he stated, walking past mark but he halted before he turn his back completely "Also, have you forgot what him and his family have done to us, mark?"
Of course he will never forget that day, but unlike jeno, his anger is not directed towards the chinese male completely. Mark just wants to get back at the younger for annoying him the other day "Really, Jen? Are you sure 'bout that? You sure you don't miss, Chenle?"
Turning his head towards mark's direction, jeno shakes his head in disagreement "Not even a bit."

As the male entered his room, jeno immediately put his bag on the bed then starts to take his clothes off and get inside of the bathroom to freshen himself up.
While letting the cold water run down his frame, all of the memories he had with the chinese male are slowly coming back in his thoughts. Those laughs, those hugs and kisses, and their heart melting broken promises.
The sweet memories that turned into a bitter one after that night.

For the past five years, many things have change for jeno from the way he viewed himself as well as his opinions, but the pain that chenle cause is still there.
The hurtful words the chinese male have said cuts deep down leaving unwanted scars all through his heart down to his soul.
It will always be him pretending not to care about the things that reminds him of his past lover.
After reminiscing the painful memories that definitely didn't do anything particularly good to him, jeno finishes his bath and wrap the enormous towel around his waist securely. When the male got fully dressed already, he immediately throw himself on the bed and take the biggest pillow he owned and wrapped it securely around his arms.
"No, Jeno. You're. not. missing. that. brat!" jeno groan in annoyance as he bury his face on the fluffy pillow he is hugging, this is what we are talking about earlier...
Pretending not to miss locking chenle in between his arms and how it was meant for the younger to be there because of how fits right into it.

Holding the shop door tight, Jeno heaved out a long sigh before opening it up as this is another day work for him. The male felt too lazy to get up and prepared for his work because of how late he stayed up last night, thanks to the coffee he drank in dinner.
"Hi, sir! Welcome to McDonald's, may I know your order?" justin greeted the male with a big smile on his face, jeno's colleague who have english first name and a spanish surname
The male did not bother to respond to the other's greeting, jeno is not in the mood to deal with justin's childish antics.
"Tchhhhhhhhh! Did this guy ate a expired cereal for breakfast? He's such a snob!" the latter murmured in his own language, catching the former's attention
Despite not understanding what justin said, jeno knows that the said male had commented something about him "Can you repeat what you just said?" he asked while putting his apron on
