"WATCH OUT!" His head whipped around to the voice but didn't see a face, his back hit the pavement and he closed his eyes when he collided with the ground. "I am terribly sorry, are you hurt, sir?" a woman's voice asked.
Aizawa opened his eyes and s...
the morning came and Aizawa sat up on his bed, his cats squeaking in protest as they were woken up by his movement. He pet them sweetly on their backs before he filled their bowls and carefully bent down to reach for his boots and noticed Enara had left the other boot in the common area last night. He rolled his eyes and then spotted something on the floor next to the door. He picked it up to see that it was an embroidered patch of a white cat in the midst of fluffy clouds.

His lips parted into a white smile and he looked over at Loud Cloud who brushed up against his side to investigate the little art piece. He tilted his head and pawed at the beautiful depiction of his likeness and chirped. "You're right, it looks a lot like you." He didn't need any explanation of who had given it to him, he already knew. He shook his head and stood to leave the room, opening the door to see the very woman who had given him such a heartfelt gift, "Miss Enara." He looked surprised to see her, his other boot in her hand.
"I think you'll be needing this for today. Sorry again." She handed him his shoe.
"Thank you." He took it gratefully. "And I noticed you were busy last night, thank you for the artwork." He held up the patch. Enara blushed, smiling as she scratched the back of her neck awkwardly. "You're welcome, I wasn't sure if you liked patches. They're my specialty."
"I didn't know you did embroidery." He crossed his arms and leaned against the door frame. Enara stood there awkwardly and nodded, "My grandma taught me."
The awkward silence between them could be cut with a knife and Aizawa did his best to not laugh at how silly and awkward Enara looked in front of him, "I'll see you in class." She gave a respectful bow before leaving his presence. As she walked away she face palmed, why was she such a dork?
Enara went back to her room and finished getting ready, changing into a simple pale pink dress with black flowers printed on it. She came out into the common area to see Present Mic, Midnight and Toshi all greeting her happily, "Look at you!" Present Mic looked her up and down, smiling. "What a bombshell." He took her hand and twirled her to get a good look at her outfit.
Enara was deeply flattered, "Thank you."
"How are you? We were worried about you last night?" Midnight spoke up.
"Yeah, I'm okay. Thanks. I just wanted to fly for a little bit, If I don't stretch these muscles they become harder to move." She ruffled her feathers happily.
"I don't think I'll ever get tired of that," He touched her wings sweetly. "So fluffy."
Enara giggled at the attention she was getting, it was so lovely to hear such compliments, after such a stressful night it was exactly what she needed. Aizawa watched on seeing how she ate up all the attention, maybe it was true about birds needing to be adored. He smirked behind his thick black locks and stood, "Come, Enara. We have work to do."
"Oh, okay." She looked back at her other friends. "I'l see you later, guys."
"Bye." They all said in unexpected unison.
She walked with her mentor to UA. She looked up at him , his tired demeanour much more prominent this time. It was her fault, she made him lose sleep.
"What are you staring at?" He asked.
"Uh...nothing." She looked back down at her feet instead of looking up at him. Aizawa cleared his throat and looked at her now, "How did you sleep?" He asked.
"Didn't sleep as much as I would've liked. That's okay I guess."
"Me either." He gave a light chuckle. Enara looked up at him and nodded, "I think that was my fault-"
"Oh please, don't flatter yourself. I have been sleepless ever since I became a hero."
"That...sounds...sad." She tried thinking of the right words to say. Aizawa looked down at her curiously and raised an eyebrow. She noticed this and stammered. "I didn't mean it like that, I-"
"What did you mean?" He asked.
"Its just...a man who works as hard as you deserves some sort of break, doesn't he? You do so much, what with your hero work and teaching class."
"I don't take breaks, Enara." He started walking again, this time ahead of her.
"Why not?" She tried to match his long legged strides. "Rest is just as important as work."
"If I rest I become too lazy to work."
"That's where you're wrong." She tried catching up with him again, seeing his pace had sped up. "If you overwork yourself, you burn out."
"Too Late, Miss Enara." He stopped to face her. "I would suggest you refrain from dissecting me for the rest of the day."
"But...you asked." She looked up at him with her big red eyes. Aizawa just scoffed and opened the door, letting her go in first. She hurriedly walked the halls and into the classroom, not wanting to speak to Shota any longer. It seemed every time she opened her mouth she angered him. She sat down quietly, setting everything up to take notes on the class. Aizawa sat at his desk and waited for the class to start, he didn't even look up or aknowledge her.
What did she say wrong this time? Did she go too far? She shook her head and tried to keep her emotions at bay. She always had the misfortune of offending people when she spoke. Why was she such an honest person? They say that honesty is the best policy...it looked like it only brought her trouble. She tied up her peachy blonde hair and started writing something down in a notebook. Shota looked up at her and noticed she was taking notes, "What are you taking notes on? The class hasn't even arrived yet."
"Its..."
"Its, what? Spit it out?"
"Its my diary." She glanced at him, eyes shiny from the tears that were about to fall.
