Few days later Yoongi was walking through the city. There were still an incredible amount of buildings that were destroyed and the city wasn't as crowded as before the war. First the important places had to be restored: hospital, electoral station, water supply. It was important for Daegu and the area outside it.
Lot of communication lines were still not fixed. Only in a few places well-working internet was available. Building up the logistics routes from the countryside of the Republic for supplies to secure all major cities and small places was a hard job.
They had to work with what they had as the international trade was limited. Not all countries considered the Republic a country with equal rights.
The legal international journeys from the Republic were almost impossible. There were no passports available yet... The only territory that was available for them was in fact South Korea where they could just go by foot.
