"Kirari, I'll be going out with Mary and Ryota, can you help me take care of Hana-chan?" Sayaka asked.

Kirari's eyes hardened. "You're going out?"

"I'll be fine, I promise!" Sayaka added hurriedly. "And Kanako will protect me."

"Hm." The Queen wrapped her arms around her wife from behind, her hands settling on her abdomen. "If anything happens......"

"Nothing will happen," Sayaka assured her. "At least, I hope."

Kirari's eyes glowed protectively for a moment, before closing her eyes, resting her head on Sayaka's shoulder.

A blue glow surrounded Sayaka and another covered her abdomen.

"That should take care of it," Kirari said. "Be back by sevem."

"B-b-but......we're going shopping! I-I...I take a lot of time for t-that..." Sayaka stammered, frowning adorably.

"Hm," Kirari pondered. "Then around 7.30 then."

Sayaka nodded.

"One more thing," Kirari added, handing her wife a golden card.

"Kirari, I can't! I have my own savings, I can just----"

Kirari placed a finger on her lips, silencing her.

"No need to worry, My love, after all, my money is your money."

Sayaka blushed, hugging her wife, who laughed in return.

"Sayaka, you're buying that much?! I thought----" Mary said, shocked.

"Her savings are in the millions, but......looks like Momobami-sama gave Sayaka her credit card," Ryota explained.

The cashier's jaw dropped open upon espying the golden card. "That----"

"Her card is in the zillions. Humans made up the term 'zillion' to refer to an undetermined number extremely large in quantity," Ryota said. "Oh wait, I forgot you were one, sorry." He laughed sheepishly.

Kanako used magic to transport their items back to the castle.

Meanwhile, the trio decided to tour the woods.

"Be careful," Mary warned. "You have two lives inside you."

Sayaka nodded.

"So, do you have magic?" Ryota asked.

"Kanako is part of me, so I can technically use magic without summoning her, we joined a few months together permanently," Sayaka replied.

Suddenly her eyes widened as she summoned her scythe, slashing at the blur of black that sprung towards her.

"Darn it!" a voice growled.

A blue glow immediately encased Sayaka in an impenetrable shield. Sayaka caressed her abdomen gently. 'Kirari, thank you,' she thought.

"Guys, what's that ugly thing?" Mary blurted out.

"Mary!" Ryota chided.

"That's a Tofu Kozo, or The Tofu Boy," Sayaka realised. " He is a small boy in a huge hat, carefully carrying a wobbly plate of fresh tofu. In fact, there is almost nothing to mark him as a monster at all. Shy and harmless, the little Tofu Kozo does little more than run through streets on rainy nights trying to deliver his plate of tofu to wherever he is going."

"Leave it to you to memorise the facts word for word," Ryota chuckled, making his friend blush.

"A-anyway, he is apparently the Prince of Yokai, the child of the supreme commander of Yokai, Mikoshi Nyudo, and his wife, the Rokurokubi," Sayaka continued. "I slashed his spiritual form, something was controlling him, but its gone now."

The Tofu Kozo nodded, bowing deeply. "Thank you, and congratulations on conceiving. The spirit possessing me likes killing and eating unborn Kitsune pups."

Sayaka turned pale., her body shaking. "Huh......?

Mary held her shoulders. This wasn't going to go well. Ryota held Sayaka's arm.

"He would've controlled me to rip them out of you, if you hand't stopped me, and probably birng you back to where he lives, but he's gone now, and his residence dies with him, so----"

"Yea, that's enough," Mary interrupted. "Pregnant women have something called high hormone levels, you know."

Just as she finished, Sayaka collapsed, falling into a pair of pale arms.

The Queen of The Celestial Reach held her wife in her protective arms, the scythe returning to Sayaka as a white ribbon, tying her hair back into a side ponytail. The Queen stared at the The Tofu Boy, her eyes glowing a brilliant blue.

Mary and Ryota glanced at each other, before looking at the trembling Tofu Kozo simultaneously.
