JENNIE'S POV
Today is Friday. Last Wednesday, students began joining different clubs. Following my plan, I signed up for the student government council to run for the vice president position. Currently, I'm in the main building, making my way to the Student Government Council Office. The SGC adviser informed me that she will be assigning candidates to each party list. There are only 2 parties competing against each other.
I have reached the office entrance now. I gently knocked on the door.
"Good morning, Ms. Jessi," I greeted as the doors opened, addressing Ms. Jessi, the SGC adviser.
"Good morning to you too, Jennie. Please, come in," she warmly welcomed me. I entered the office.
"Ms. Jessi, I wanted to let you know that Irene will be running a little late as she's still in her class," I informed her.
"It's alright, some candidates have already been informed of their party list assignments. Four remaining candidates, including you and Irene, have not been informed yet because you were not available earlier," She said and I simply nodded in understanding.
"You can go ahead to the meeting room now, Jennie. I'll join you there later."
"Okay, thank you, Ms. Jessi," I replied gratefully and entered the meeting room.
