Unknown Secrets

Y/n's POV

I groaned as I opened the door for my apartment after the hectic night patrol. I saw yooni sleeping on the couch surrounded by the books.

Poor girl must have studied the whole night.

Yeah....this gurl might be brat sometimes but she understands my struggle and studies alot she never takes failure as a option. I am so proud of myself to have a sister like her. The purpose of my life is to see her happy. She is just like four leafed clover Hard to Find & Lucky to Have.

I slowly picked up the books and arranged them near the table. I carefully picked Yoonji assuring that I won't disturb her cuddle time with her Mr.Teddy. I called her high school teacher to inform her that yooni will be taking leave today.

Time skip ~~~

I freshened up and made some fried rice
I turned around to see yooni coming out of her room with her cuddle buddy
"Yooni rise and shine ! You have a day off . I informed your teacher that you'll be taking a leave today. So you can spend your time with me ...........or just study whichever you prefer. Now come on fresh up and have breakfast"

I picked her blanket and tossed in to her bed room and served yooni.

After our peaceful breakfast we decided to clean the house

"Unnie can you pass me the cloth over there" yooni pointed at the cloth behind me while I was wiping our photo frame after placing the photo on the place I went to grab the cloth as I turned and walked towards her I accidentally twisted my ankle making me yelp
"Ahh-shit.....God why it had to be me..."
"Unnie you must be careful you know come on.. get up let me help you..... Sit over here let me bring the pain balm." She rushed to her bag and bought the pain gel and gently rubbed on my ankle almost making me sleepy.
"Come on now that everything is over let's watch some movies"

Time skip~~

After spending time with yooni I decided to take a power nap as yoonji massaged my leg as an expert. I made my mind to take a nap till....4:00 and I had to meet Jungkook @5:00 in the office "Yoonji! Can you please wake me at 4:30 I need to go to office alright"
" Alrighty get rest "

PJM'S POV

" Hyung did you get her information??"
" Yeah I have got it but..... I still don't know why didn't you kill her and still digging upon her info" RM my personal assistant gave me the file and sat across the table still waiting for my answer.

"Sometimes people need help to remind themselves who they are.... And you know I love helping people and that's what I am doing right now" I glanced at her information and a light chuckle left my lips looking at her identity.

Time skip ~
Y/n's POV

I made my way to Jungkook's office and knocked twice before entering.......
"Oh! Come in. Looks like you are very much punctual huh?" Does this brat always have a comment section reserved for me ?
"Yeah childhood habit anyways ..... What are the leads we got so far till now and don't forget to make a group before digging up the info"

"Yeah actually I have already listed the team members who'll be working with us so don't worry..... just chill " he shoves a list of names in front of me and sat on his chair

Okie!? so let me see the list......

"Are these the only members in our team?"
"Yes....now let's discuss the case together go and call Yuna I will call the rest "
"Okie!?" I made my way to Yuna's cabin and informed her to come with me. As I entered the cabin I saw the rest of the group members.
" Now shall we proceed to know are we here in the place firstly"
I turned to junglebook asking him to continue but he seemed ......spaced out ?

" Yahhhh JEON JUNGKOOK If you love your kids then FOCUS ON THE CASE NOW"

I soon realised my tone and cleared my throat before turning towards others ...

"Okie .... so we are here to solve the case recently filed upon the suspension of involvement of the Mafia Leader PJM . So we need to help this Bunny detective to find out things about PJM as he is always behind the mask and never disclosed his name while he goes with the code name PJM".

        "Well we don't need to help him when he can find himself   Y/n-ahh just let him be. We can proceed further when he lonely finds out where he is............ Am I right Jeon?"

" Uhmmm..... About that......" For the first time in my life I saw him shuttering and avoiding Yuna's eyes

"Wait.... how would be he knowing where is PJM!?" "Ohh... Y/n-ahh you are too naive to be in this world and for your question a brother will find his brother in no time you know... ""

I widened my eyes upon hearing those words from Yuna and I stared at Jungkook expecting him to deny but his silence gave him away How can he.... are they working together!?? Was he giving the inner Intel to him that's why he became mafia leader at such young age??? Confusion hit my head as I ran out off the buliding and went to the park nearby to process the fact I just realised.

Y/n-ahh.......!!!!! I turned my head to see Jungkook running over to me and sat beside me

" Please listen to me before jumping to the conclusion please ......."
"There is nothing to explain....Jeon. How can you just hide you brother knowing that he is a damn Mafia. Is this why you joined the police force?? To keep him hidden?? To silently clear all his remarks ??"

"Y/N...... STOP RIGHT THERE. Don't speak a damn thing about me our my job without knowing the truth."

"So.... what I don't know ?? "

"Alot which I can't even explain but remember one thing I am no longer the member of THAT family they are dead for me the day I left the home and begged on streets for even a slice of bread before Jin hyung supported me he took care of me keeping me hidden from tha family and gave me space to decide my future andnow standing in front of you as a detective. I never supported whatever that bastard did".

"So this is a Junglebook new series???"
