IT WAS ME AND DD being stereotypical teens and messing around on our way to collect my timetable from room 205. I still thought the whole thing from me not really finding David interesting to me being friends with him in less than a week was crazy but in a good way.

I saw him staring at me as we walked up the stairs causing me to look away smiling.

"Why you lookin away fa ma" he asked me pulling my arm closer to him.

"Uhm nothing David relax" I said messing with him as I knocked on the door waiting for an answer causing him to suck his teeth. The door opened and we entered seeing a male teacher in what seemed mid 30's.

I GREETED THE teacher as he stated his name shaking my hand with a clean smile while DD was sitting in a seat near me.

"Hello Avani I'm Mr Fernandez nice to see you" he said as I responded telling him my name and that it was also nice to meet him.

I sat down next to David waiting for the slight awkward silence to break.

"Well Miss Del Rio I will head off to get your timetable won't be long" Mr Fernandez replied leaving the room.

Dd had me feeling some way with his constant staring. I didn't find it weird instead I thought it was.. cute. "David Reyes it's rude to stare" I told him hitting his arm. "How can I not" he replied sitting up from slouching. "Nigga you a feen" I said playing with my nails. "Fa you" he said grabbing my right hand as he was on my right and interlocking it with his.

JUST AS we were having our lil moment a brownskin boy walked past but then backed up in his tracks smiling at me. David had let go of my hand to put something in the bin walking past the door which caused the brownskin boy to run off.

"Damn nigga you must got that boy family held hostage" I said chuckling. "Bro what" he asked mugging his face causing me to not even reply as I was laughing it off. The teacher came back into the room handing me my timetable. "Thank you sir have a good day" I told him before exiting the room with DD. "Niggas ain't gon have a good day his wife left him for sum dick" David told me recoiling one of his hanging curls. "Boy leave the man alone" I said rolling my eyes since I felt bad because of his kindness. I looked over to my timetable overlooking my periods as DD stood over my shoulder looking at them too. That made me smile feeling his presence.

I REFOCUSED MY attention to the sheet and saw my 6 1/2 periods for all the days of the week. You'll see why I said '6 1/2'.

FIRST PERIOD I have science with DD , Notti , Savanah and Ddot.
SECOND PERIOD I have gym with Notti and Sav.
THIRD PERIOD I have maths with Ddot.
FOURTH PERIOD I have ela with Savanah.
I see my lul lunch break.
FIFTH PERIOD I have human geography with the whole group.
SIXTH PERIOD I have designs and technology with DD.
SEVENTH PERIOD was cut out halfway cause of the bum ass printing.

"Man don't nobody attend 7th period just come skip wimme gangsta" David said as we were walking to get to science first period. "Dd I don't wanna fail" I told him looking straight up at him.

"𝐈 𝐰𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐞" Dd said putting his arm around me.

BOTH OF THE TEENS engaged in a hug as the boy made the young girl blush from his ways. They released from their warming hug as they started to make their way to their first lesson , SCIENCE.
