Kaila's POV

We leave for Qatar in a month and a half. It's definitely stressful so my father suggested for the team to take a 1-2 week vacation. Needless to say it is very much appreciated.

Pedri and Gavi have made plans to go to NYC and they invited me. Of course with the consent of my parents I'm going with them! I've been to New York about twice, so I know my way around the city pretty well since I stayed there for 3 months on both occasions.

The duo seems very excited to go, they haven't been in the US and they want to see the city. I'm surprised to say the least, but it's no wonder that since they have dedicated their whole lives to football/futbol/soccer that they don't go out much. I low key feel bad for them. They're acting like little children who are excited to go to the zoo.

We leave for The Big Apple tomorrow.

We all decided to spend the night at my house so we could leave first thing in the morning, our flight is at 7am so we have to get up super early.

-"Esto de ir a Nueva York esta super guay!"
(Going to New York is going to be super cool!)
Pedri squeals

-Si si claro va estar pero que muy bien.
(Yeah of course it's going to be nice) I say

-"Pero Kaila no se te ve emocion para nada!"
(But Kaila you don't seem excited at all!) Gavi says looking very shocked

-Chicos estoy feliz pero saben que no es mi primera vez llendo a La Manzana Grande.
(Guys I'm happy but you do know this isn't my first time going to The Big Apple.) I tell them

-"Pedri! Estais escuchando esto? La niña ya fue!
(Pedri! Are you hearing this? She already went!)
Gavi says

-"Si la niña ya se cree grande, pues le toca ser nuestro tour guide!"
(The girl thinks she's grown, it's her job to be our tour guide then.) Pedri says smirking

-Whatever dummy's

-"Im not a dummy" Gavi says pouting

-Sure you aren't

-"Meanie"

-Bru go to sleep, good night

-"Alright you heard mom go to sleep" Pedri says sarcastically

-Y'all do too much

-"No we don't!" Gavi says laughing

-"He's right, you do too much" Pedri says joining Gavi

-Whatever. Good night, sleep tight, don't let the monsters bite.

-"monsters?!" Gavi says

Nobody answers him.

Somehow we all fit in my bed. That's how we slept, I was in the middle and Gavi insisted on being on the left so Pedri took the right side.

Before going to sleep Gavi turned to me and grabbed my waist, slowly falling asleep.

I wasn't complaining so that's how we slept.

*read this in a British accent for effect*

Mate, these day's training has been so damn stressful, so I decided I needed to go on a trip. What a better place to go relax than to the busiest city in the United States.

Yes so I am going to New York alone, what's wrong with that, I might miss a week or two of practice but it's whatever I deserve it. Besides I needed to go to a country where there wasn't much rivalry.
