15. "We're so busted"

When I get out of the bathroom I see that Pedri is already changed and Gavi is changing. Gavi slips on his shirt then gives me a good morning kiss.

-"Please don't do that in front of me." Pedri says looking disgusted

-"Then don't look" Gavi responds throwing a pillow at him.

I just laugh at their childish behavior, sometimes I wonder how they're even older than me. Luckily my birthday is in 3 days! We'll actually both Gavi and my birthday, we both have the same birthday isn't that so cool. So yeah we're also celebrating our birthday in New York

I'm turning 17 and Gavi is turning 18.

When we were all ready we went downstairs where my mother was already up making us breakfast.

-"Buenos dias, Señora Parks!" Gavi says cheerfully

-"Buenos dias, porfavor llamenme Jess" my mom says

-"Well good morning Jess" Pedri says

-morning mom

-"Good morning to you all, have a seat waffles will be done soon."

After we ate it was 6am and it was time to go, we didn't want to miss our flight. We went upstairs to brush our teeth and go grab out suitcases. When we got down my father was up.

-"Alright kids, I hope you guys have a fun and safe trip. I'm trusting you with my daughter. I'll be watching out for y'all, especially you Gavira." My dad says

-We'll be fine dad. I say hugging him

-"I'll take care of her Mateo don't worry." Gavi says nervously

-"Don't worry Mateo I'll take care of these kids." Pedri says laughing

-"Have a fun time!" Dad and mom say hugging me

-I will!

-"Happy early birthday sweetheart!"

-Thanks!! See you soon! Love you guys!

-"Byee love you too"

With that we left. We called a Uber since we weren't going to leave any cars at the airport.

When we arrived at Barcelona El-Prat Airport, we looked for our gate since we arrived somewhat early we took a seat. Not many people were going to New York, I mean it really isn't vacation season.

I am really excited to go back to the US, I know it's not New Orleans I'm going back to, so I won't get to see my friends but it's familiar grounds.

While we were waiting I was on my phone and out of the corner of my eye I saw the one and only paparazzi. These mfs don't give up do they? I nudged Gavi who was sitting on my right, he looked up and I nooded towards them.

-"Pedri, look the paparazzi came to pay us a visit." Gavi tells him

-"Ignore them, if we don't say anything we don't give them what they want." He says

That's actually really smart, maybe I should've done that in my first paparazzi encounter. Luckily before the paps got close enough to ask questions our flight was announced.

We got up, and speed walked to the gate. We handed our tickets to the lady and went in. We got first class duh! My seat was right next to Gavi's and Pedri was also next to Gavi.

This was my seat!
