Dick was trying to decipher Percy's style. That's all he was focused on as he dodged and blocked her attacks. She never committed to one type of attack for long nor decided to stay in one spot or move. She was as slippery as water but as strong as stone. She seemed to dance in the air yet also looked rooted like a tree. She had a cold and calculating look while a fire raged in her eyes. They seemed soft yet also very hot. The scars all across her body made her look like a warrior who grew up on the battlefield but also seemed to have found relationships. She was a paradox that worked was all his mind could agree on.

Feeling his arms shake a little, he started to attack rather than continue to defend himself. He watched Percy grin with anticipation seeing this. He wondered what she was thinking, but he couldn't dwell on the slaughter that was Percy's attacks. It seemed that no matter how hard he tried, she only seemed to hit him. There were a few times that he was on the ground, but he was able to avoid getting pinned.

"I......have a.... question?" Dick asked as he jumped over her staff. The beads of sweat ran down his forehead and showed the amount of energy it was taking him to keep up with her.

"Shoot," Percy said as she dropped to the ground to dodge Dicks swing at her shoulder. Sweeping her legs she caught Dicks feet causing him to fall on his back. Grunting Dick tried to get up but Percy moved like lightning getting Dick in a chokehold. After a few seconds of struggle and black spots appearing in his eyesight, Dick taps out. Letting go Percy stands up and holds a hand out to Dick with a smile.

"When you were observing me yesterday what did you see in my fighting style?" Dick asked as he grabbed his shirt. Percy walked over to a cooler and grabbed three bottles of water. Walking over to Dick who was now sitting on a bench she handed him a bottle.

"Well, you're a balanced fighter compared to some of the heroes. But you tend to wait for your opponent to strike. That may allow you to observe them but this can backfire. If they have a special ability or allies it can lead to them surprising you. Make it hard for them to predict your moves. In a sense you need to be a bit more unpredictable." Percy explained as she opened the first of the two bottles of water. Dick remained silent thinking over everything that she said. He jumped in shock seeing her dump the entire bottle over her head. But the relieved look she had and the relaxed sigh. Opening the second bottle she took a few chugs of it before looking at him.

"How are your wounds?" Dick asked as he looked away embarrassed that he was caught staring. Percy chuckled as she turned her back towards him. The bandages of her shoulder wound were facing him. Checking the one on her thigh Percy smiled seeing only a faint scar. Dick moved the bandages on her shoulder and was shocked to no longer see the stab wounds but instead a faint scar. "How?"

"My father is the god of the sea. I inherited sword skill, his looks to an extent, his healing capabilities, and a few more. Between the nectar, ambrosia, and the water, the stab wounds which would normally take weeks or longer to heal took only hours." Percy said as she turned around. Dick looked at her in wonder making her nervous. Seeing this Dick grabbed her hand in a way to calm her.

"That's amazing goddess," Dick said with a smile. Percy smiled in return happy that it didn't freak him out.

"Also that fight between us was intense," Dick added causing Percy to laugh. Dick listened to her laugh. He loved hearing it and he liked it when he was the one to make her laugh.

"Thanks, Acrobird. You're not so bad yourself so don't discredit yourself." Percy said standing up. Dick stood up as well. They walked off with ease but soon they found themselves in the memorial field. Looking around Dick felt small with how many statues there were but when he looked at Percy surrounded by the statues he felt like they were pebbles compared to her.
