It was 2:34PM on Friday
Bruce had a baseball game today so I decided to tag along
There was a boy I didn't know up batting
I watched as my best friend Finney struck him out
I was here for Bruce, but it was nice cheering on Finn to

and Bruce was up
He went up to bat and winked at me
I blushed and kept watching

Bruce thought he was gonna walk until Finn threw the next ball and Bruce swung, missing
"STRIKE ONE!" The ref called
Finn threw the next ball
"STRIKE TWO!" The ref yells
I'm nervous for Bruce but excited for Finn
Finn takes a breath and throws the ball
Bruce swings and the ball goes flying
He drops his bat and salutes me before running the bases
Everyone started cheering so I did the same
I stood up to see where the ball went
Everyone went silent due to the suspense
Until we all saw the ball go over the fence
Everyone including me started cheering
Bruce's team started jumping all over him, where as Finn and his team looked disappointed.
His team backs away and all give each other high fives
Bruce walks over to the dugout and grabs his bag
He then runs up to me dropping it and picking me up into a hug
"YOU DID IT!" I yell
"I DID!!" He yells back
He puts me down before putting his hands on my cheek and waist
He tucks a piece of hair behind me ear before smiling and kissing me
I wrap my arms around his neck and kiss back
He pulls away smiling and puts his arm around my shoulder
He pulls me towards where his and my bikes were
His team comes back for one more trample so I move
They all exchange goodbyes and make their way home
Me and Bruce do the same, getting on our bikes and riding off
**Time skip//Home**
Me and Bruce agreed to hang out at his house after the game
I got here around 2 hours ago and we were watching a movie
We were cuddled up on the couch
He had his arm around me and I was laying on his chest
He looks down and stares at me
I catch him
"What?" I ask
"Your just.. really beautiful" he says staring into my eyes
I smile at him before leaning in and kissing him
Me and Bruce both pulled away and smiled at eachother
"I love you" he says playing with my hair
"I love you to" I say smiling at him
