Lore: Alayne isn't the original ai, she is the result of a virus in malfunctioning systems. The ai was already faulty when it appeared, but was basically useless after a few months of her existence. It decided to take over, usually masquerading as the ai it destroyed.

Her main way of getting to people is rumours. It spreads rumours either to gain control or just for fun.
