Avatar 2 : Neteyam x Y/n

Lo'ak POV:

I am riding behind a warrior, I don't even know his name but thankful for him to find me, Aonung is dead to me and I can't believe he left me all alone with a akula wanting to eat my ass, but also good as I met a new friend after I helped it from something on it's fin and his other completely off, I felt bad for it but I kind of understand how it feels, alone an outcast to it's family and It saved me which I'm thankful for it being there because if not then I dont think I would of last but at least I'm alive and okay, as we get closer to the village I see my Dad there waiting for me and Tonowari with Aonung. I get off the ilu and get help up by my Dad as he check if I'm okay and then my Mum comes over and walks around me while checking every spot on me.

"Eywa, give me strength to not pluck the eyes of my youngest son." I look away as she pretended to grab my eyes, I look down at them I feel like they are disappointed at me I mean I would but it wasn't my fault it was Aonung for taking me there with his friends but my fault too for going with them, I should have known something was up, I see Neteyam but I just look down as I walk past him with the crowd of people whispering as I get to the family hut I felt someone grab my shoulder, I look behind me waiting to see my Dad but it was Y/n with Aonung, I took one look at Aonung and just rolled my eyes.

"What do you want?" I ask why crossing my arms. Y/n hits Aonung forward and he looks back at her then back at me.

"Y/n wanted me-." She slaps him around the head, making me chuckle while he gave her a scowl.

"I mean I wanted to say that I'm sorry for taking you far beyond the reef and leaving you there." I look at Y/n as she is just looking at Aonung pissed, I smile at her as she looks at me as I look back at Aonung my smile leaves my face.

"Thank you for the apology but I don't forgive you, maybe in some time but I could of died out there, thank you Y/n." I see Y/n looking down then back up at me and smiling "Aonung." I turned around and started to walk off again leaving them there, I looked back when I was about to turn the corner and saw them two talking before walking off. I turn around and find Neteyam leaning on the hut with his arms crossed right in front of me.

"Fuck, Bro!" I take a step back as he just stares at me, no smile, no frown just a straight face. I was about to walk off but he stopped me and got in front of me again but this time not leaning on the hut.

"Are you okay?" I try to not to make eye contact with him as he look at me.

"I'm fine."

"Look I'm sorry I wasn't there to help you." I role my eyes.

"Yeah right where was you?" He stops while I wait for a answer, I already know the answer with Y/n it always is but it's fine.

"I was doing something. But Lo'ak you need to stop getting in trouble." I just grew more angry as he said that, why is he lying to me I know he was with Y/n why is he lying that he was not?

"Why are you lying?" He looks at me confused, confused about what? I know he was with Y/n he knows he was with Y/n why is he confused?

"What are you talking about?"

"Really Neteyam. So you weren't with Y/n?" He looks down and I let out a scoff. "Why are you lying to me, I thought you could trust me."

"I can't!" I look at him this time I'm confused. "I can't trust you, you told on Dad that I am mated with Y/n and caused her all this trouble with her Dad. I had to tell her that I told Dad because if I told the truth she would of killed you. Lo'ak I'm sorry I wasn't there I am but I don't think I can tell you when I am or not with Y/n." I look at him guilt ran over my body, I did tell Dad that Neteyam is mated with Y/n but that wasn't on purpose I blurted it out, the feeling of guilt grew stronger as I just remembered what she did just a few moments ago, made Aonung apologies to me. Shit. I look down as he loos around. "Look, just stay out of trouble okay?" I looked up at him and then saw Y/n walking over with a smile on her face from the corner of my eye. I look at Neteyam and then look across at Y/n then back at him, he nods and turns around with a smile, he is so happy when he's with her, with the guilt still there as she comes over, she walks over and hugs Neteyam before he kisses her forehead I look away and then saw Tsireya laughing with Tuk as Kiri sits on the side with her legs in the water while they are in the water splashing each other laughing.
