Insomnia is my first language

"MAHALA WE ARE GONNA BE LATE OH MY GOD!" I shouted as I quickly awoke from my slumber at 8:45am. I stay over at Mahala's often because my dad gets drunk quite often.  

"AH FUCK." She shouted as she jumped up. We quickly scrambled around trying to grab clothes and our bags.

"Bye!" We shouted in unison as we slammed the front door and ran to school.

TIME SKIP 

"I can't believe I got a detention for that!" I yell as we leave English with Mr Smith. Riri stood behind me holding my hand trying to calm me down.

"QUEERS." I heard from around the hall.

"Whatcha looking at baby?" I shout back, letting go of her hand. I launched myself at one of the boys and he just stood there for a second shocked. I punched him across the face and my rings cut into his cheeks.

"CHENAYA JOY-ANN!" Mahala shouted trying to grab me but I wouldn't let go. Soon enough Miss Wilson came running down the hall to break it up.

"Miss Webster, follow me right now." She growled as she grabbed my wrist. I scowled and followed her to the office. I sat down on one of the chairs. There were a few people in here but one of them caught my eye. I remember him from somewhere, I think he's in my English class. He had blonde curly hair and I'm pretty sure he goes to the corner shop after school to play pinball or something. I don't know I just go there to get beer for my dad and occasionally cigarettes. He wasn't really paying attention to anything, just his shoes. He was wearing his jean vest and pants. I wondered what he did this time. 

"Chenaya?" the principle said, coming out of his office. I stood up and immediately got dizzy. The last thing I noticed before I fainted was Vance running over to catch me.
