The unknown prodigy

1 month part.2:Land of the dragons

"Well, to be a summoner, he will have to pass the test as you did when you were young, you know that right Kai?" the King said making Kai nod and Naruto wonder what this test was about, but he was ready for whatever came his way, he was fully healed on the way here, Uzumaki healing abilities was really great at times like this, but back to the trial, he guessed it was a fight of some kind , so he was ready.

"Then we shall test your compatibility with what type of dragons to see who will test him" the queen said while walking to the courtyard with everyone else following, confusing Naruto who didn't know what that was, Kai just smiled and on the way explained to him that each dragon has a different color attribute that mirrors their personality.

Yellow was rash and trigger happy, green was calm and patient, brown was loyal and trustworthy, blue was regal and arrogant , red was bold and strong, white was pure and uncorrupted, orange being malice and evil and black was powerful and noble.

Yellow being the most common also the weakest and black being the most rare, and the strongest , that's why black was royalty around here for being the strongest attribute.

Naruto nodded wondering what attribute he would get , but Kai told him not to worry and said that he would probably get red like he did , making Naruto nod wondering who would be his bond.

They finally stopped in the middle of the courtyard where a crystal ball on a podium was that Naruto never noticed when it got there but he guessed that's where he will be tested.

"Alright Naruto, put your hands on the crystal ball and inject some chakra into it" the booming voice of the King said , making Naruto nod while walking up to the ball as everyone watched him in expectation , wondering what was going to be his attribute.

Naruto finally moved and stepped up to the crystal putting his hands on the crystal ball 'well, here goes nothing'Naruto thought as he injected chakra into the ball.

Everyone expected , brown, green or even red , hell, they expected white before the color appeared , the color that appeared.....was black, the strongest of them all , shocking even his own teacher.

Naruto kind of smiled in surprise , apparently he was compatible with the strongest of the dragons, looking around though, Naruto noticed the looks he was getting from everyone and the solemn look he was getting from his sensei.

          "Sensei? Whats wrong?" Naruto asked since his sensei is always smiling , Kai had a solemn face as if he was worried for something.

        "Naruto.....when I got my attribute, they made me fight the dragon that my attribute was compatible with , a red dragon, yes it was tough , but I was possible, but you Naruto, your trial will have to be against the strongest dragon species here" Kai explained making Naruto's heart dropped , knowing he will have to fight a black dragon, and the only black dragons there were , was the royal family.

"Well, let's just hope you can take fighting our son, he's the strongest of the young dragons" explained the dragon king making Kai grit his teeth wondering how this could happen , he expected Naruto to fight one of the the weaker strong ones like he had with Miko, but he just had to be fighting the strongest of them all.

Naruto just nodded , readying himself as all the dragons got into a circle so the trial would begin as soon as both fighters stepped in.
