I was with the dragon riders at some cliff gathering rocks for catapult ammunition. I had a net around my neck that had a couple large rocks in it. I walked over to see what the twins were doing since I heard a couple explosions coming from them and saw them carving their faces into the cliff using barf & belch. snotlout flew over and yelled at the twins, something about not being useful

(Y/n): "you have to admit, it looks good"

Toothless: "I could do it better"

I nodded quickly in agreement remembering his drawing before flying up with the other's

Snotlout: "I'm sick of this! If these clowns aren't gonna pull their weight..."

Ruffnut: "Hey, Boyo! Never talk to a girl about her weight!"

Tuffnut: "No wonder he can't land a girlfriend. Am I right?"

Hiccup: "Um, guys? Let's get all these catapults loaded before the sun goes down!"

(Y/n): "I thought astrid and ruffnut were everyone's friends?"

Stormfly: "it's a bit hard to explain, a girlfriend or boyfriend would be two people who love each other. It's called dating"

(Y/n): "so mates?"

Stormfly: "the humans have a thing called marriage which is closer to what a mate is"

(Y/n): "oh so a girlfriend or boyfriend is a step below mates but still intimate"

Stormfly: "yes exact-"

The trees rustled causing me and the other dragons to look over towards the forest

Astrid: "what was that?"

The other dragon's clearly wanted to leave before whatever was in there showed up, they started moving restlessly

Astrid: "easy, Stormfly!"

Snotlout: "what are you doing, Hookfang?"

Hookfang: "trying to leave!"

Hiccup: "Something's coming towards us!"

Fishlegs: "something big!"

(Y/n): "that was some insightful information!"

Hiccup: "let's get out of here!"

Everyone started flying back to base but stormfly and hookfang were being weighed down by the rocks that they were also carrying in nets

Hiccup: "Astrid, Snotlout! Cut your boulders loose!"

Astrid cut her boulders loose but snotlouts net got tangled

Snotlout: "it's tangled!"

The rocks from astrids net fell towards snotlout and got blown up by toothless's plasma blast saving snotlout. Hookfang somehow got the net off but he crashed onto the ground, I grumbled and dived down in front of hookfang as a fireworm queen appeared. I roared at it but hookfang quickly got up and got in front of me

Hookfang: "wait! I know this dragon"

(Y/n): "of course you do"

Fw queen: "I require assistance!"

Hookfang: "with what?"

Fw queen: "my nest is under attack by a dragon!"

Hiccup and toothless landed next to me and hookfang as the fireworm queen looked over at them a weary

Hiccup: "woah, no, no, no! take it easy girl, just trying to figure out what's going on"

Snotlout: "being a dragon expert I can tell she wants hookfang to follow her"
