Vineya had awoken in her marui, rubbing her head, as she was soon reminded of last nights events. How her and Neteyem caressed each other, how they had officially bonded, how he kissed her, how they were now mated for life.

She had gotten up, getting in her casual attire and she fixed her hair. When Tsireya came quickly rushing in. Vineya had looked back at Tsireya, she had widened eyes and lips parted.

"Mom is looking for you. I don't know what for, but she seems very mad, you better hurry." Tsireya breathed heavily ushering Vineya out of her marui. "wait, what?" But before Tsireya could answer, she shoved Vineya off, not wanting for her to get into more trouble.

When Vineya had arrived to her aunts marui, she was met with Ronals fuming eyes and she had her hands crossed. Aswell as Tonowari behind her, who was sitting with his arms perched on his knees. "What did you need me for." Vineya had quickly said before Ronal had noticed her.

A heavy sigh had left Ronals lips as she made eye contact. "you." She pointed, not even getting her full sentence out as she started pacing.

a few seconds later Neteyem and his parents had walked in, all of them looking very confused. Vineya had furrowed her eyebrows when her eyes met with his. He slightly smiled at the sight of her, again remembering last night.

"What is going on?" Neytiri quickly asked, from behind Neteyem. "Your son, and my niece have been sneaking around together."

Vineyas eyes widened, the fear of Ronal finding out had quickly came back again. Neytiri had the same expression as her son, mouth parted and eyes widened aswell. Both knew, but we're shocked that Ronal had found out.

"Why does that matter." Vineya had spoken out, staring Ronal and Tonowari in the eye. "It matters. You are not to be focused on boys. You are to be focused on your duty's as a healer." Ronal spat.

"I have been! ever since I have started I have been." Vineya had said defensively. It was true, she had been working, even more since Swin'ara had died. She and the other healers have even started making the medicine for open wounds, It would take a while but it should be done soon.

Tonowari shook his head, he had understood Vineya and though Ronal was acting irrational. "Has anything else been happening?" He asked, looking between Vineya and Neteyem.

Vineya had blinked a few times before answering hesitantly. "no" But Ronal had caught on, she gasped, catching all of their attention.

"You. You are mated?" She asked, fuming. Neteyem and Vineyas eyes both widened even more. Vineya was now breathing heavily, scared for what Ronal would do.

"Is this true?" Jake had intervened, asking Neteyem. Neteyem stayed quiet and looked at Vineya for any signs of confirmation. But she had only eyed him, pursing her lips. So they both had stayed quiet.

"Yes." Vineya had her head down, eyes closed, ready for Ronals fume to be let off. She could hear Neytiri let out a small gasp. Vineya could already feel Tonowari and Ronals burning glare.

"We are mated." She had looked up now. Tonowari had looked mad, but not as angered as Ronal had looked. "Leave us." Ronal had dismissed the sullys, as Neytiri ushered Neteyem out. Yet Neteyems eyes lingered on her, hints of worriedness and proudness at the same time.

Neteyem and Vineya had sat together, it was night this time, and the moons and stars were out.

Neteyem had embraced her in his arms, rubbing her shoulder. As they both looked up without saying a word, watching the stars and planets.

That was until Vineya could feel Neteyem perch up as he lifted out of her arms. "look Vineya, a shooting star." he admired, pointing at the flaming white ball hurtling across the sky.

Vineyas eyes lit up, she had never really seen them before. But before she knew it, the star flew out of sight for the both of them. "did you wish?" He sat back down excitedly.

"i didn't have time." Vineya groaned, disappointed. "then there is something you wish for?"
"Yes.." She said hesitantly.

"what's your wish?" He asked. "I wished that- We were two different people." Vineya paused. "People that could love as they want, and just be young. Without responsibilities." Vineya had turned to him.

I have not updated in a hot minute, i'm sorry 🤭
I just watched the part 3 (s4) of attack on titan and let's just say i'm not okay 🤭
I've also been working on two other projects which i'm kinda excited about so i'll lyk when i publish. (they're aot ff)

also only a few chapters left!! i can't believe it tbh i never thought i'd get this far.
