Now we know how old the Chakra Balancing Meditation system is, now we have to know where in India this method was first introduced all those years ago

This may be an ancient Indian style of zen meditation, but where in India was the Chakra Balancing Meditation system first came from?

Nobody knows where in India this was introduced, but the truth is, Chakra comes from both Western and Hinduism ancient religious beliefs, the word, chakra, (Pronounced Cakkra) means wheel in Sanskrit language.

This method is over 4000 years old, and people of all religions both in the east and west of the physical world, are practicing this method today.

The origin is Hindi, primarily because it's an ancient Indian style of meditation.

The chakras are also used in Buddhism as well, for meditative practitioning too.

From there, The modern Western chakra system arose from multiple sources, starting in the 1880s, followed by Sir John Woodroffe's 1919 book The Serpent Power, and Charles W. Leadbeater's 1927 book The Chakras, which introduced the seven rainbow colours for the chakras.

The rainbow colours will be explained in a later chapter's subsection.

But this is focusing on the ancient Indian ways to begin with.

According to the Hindi chakra beliefs, there's more than 100 chakras in one's body but there's a primary seven that we must align to stay in balance with your astral body.

This will explain to us, that we do our best to stay balanced and that your chakras are attuned and aligned properly.
