As a person, Saku is very nice to be around but he is way too protective over his sister, causing him to become a bit more grumpy towards people which can cause issues but if he respects you (RARE THING), you will be treated very nicely, he might even be protective over you if he likes you.
His quirk is the same as magiku's but a bit less....uhhh- Strong?
He can cast spells but he has a less variety of spells and he only knows 3 which are ones only useful to keep rude people away from his sister.
He does get cuts from not saying the spells correctly but he doesn't really get bothered.
