"(y/n)! Do you think you could pick up some coffee from the store? We almost ran out!" (y/n)'s mother's voice echoed from the kitchen as (y/n) placed her shoes on getting ready to leave the house.
"Yeah mom I can," (y/n) answered back, placing on a jacket before opening the door to leave.
"Thank you honey!"
(Y/n) closed the door behind her, the cold wind nipping her cheek as she zipped up her jacket getting ready to leave.
"I think I should stop by the art store to get some more paint." She mumbled to herself as she peacefully walked down the street, placing her headphones on. Clicking on her phone, she scrolled through her song list, pressing down on her favorite song. The song slowly started to play, echoing through her ears.
She softly hummed along to the song, the dinging of the store bell, and a small welcome from the cashier. (Y/n) nodded her head in acknowledgment as she walked through the many aisles of the store until she got to the back. A wide variety of different bags of coffee. She stood there for a bit, thinking to herself.
'I don't know which one to get....' she thought to herself, her eyebrows furrowing a bit, trying to remember which brand her parents typically drank a lot.
It felt like forever until she felt a figure walk behind her and grab a bag and place it in her arms.
"What the-"
"It's this one." the voice said.
(Y/n)'s eyes slightly widened at the familiar voice. She rushed to turn around to who it was. But the figure was already into another aisle. She gulped before clutching the bag of coffee and rushing over to the person who happened to be next to her.
"Hey-" She called out she went to grab the person's arm, but before she could the figure disappeared.
"What the.." She muttered, a bit confused at how someone could just vanish like that. She shrugged before going to the cashier to pay for her things.
"Thank you." she said as she grabbed the handle of the plastic bag, walking out of the store and heading to the art store which happened to be across the street. 'That was weird.' she thought, 'But I can't remember who that was.. but I swear I remember that I heard that voice somewhere.'
Shaking her head, she looked up to see that the light had turned red, the signal for her to walk showed up as she collected herself and walked, the cars rumbling a bit beside her. She finished and entered the art store.
'Hm.... I wonder what I need.' she though to herself, placing a hand on her chin as her eyes browsed through the numerous colors of paints and pens.
'Hm..... Tamashi paints.. those sound good.' she said to herself as she grabbed a pack and placed it into her cart.
From above Tamashi looked down, floating a bit in the sky as a small bubble formed, showing (y/n) walking around the art store, a small smile on her face as she hummed to herself happily. A small smile formed on his face, looking down at the girl living her best life. But before that could continue, he turned over to the side to see a grass field, flowers flooded the ground.
His smile turned into a sad one as he turned himself into a mortal, dressed in a trench coat, hat and sunglasses. He walked around the grass until he found a taller male standing under a tree.
"Hello." Tamashi said, slowly walking up to the figure who happened to have a small tear fall from his cheek.
"Hello." He mumbled.
"My name is Tamashi, you?"
The other male, gave him a weird look before giving him his name. "I'm.... Da-... Actually you can call me Touya." he said.
"It's nice to meet you." Tamashi gave him a sad smile before humming a bit to himself. "She's happy."
Touya gave him a weird look, "How do you know?"
"Trust me." Tamashi said. "I know."
"Yeah.. thats what everyone's been saying."
"Yeah."
In front of them was a small tombstone.
