Scp 096 x Reader

You rested for a while, and later the woman came back. She was still very hyper from earlier. She woke you up quickly.

"Hey! Hey there wake up! Oh God my manners. I forgot to introduce myself!.. i am Dr. Nate Mariell, but you can call me Mary or just Dr. Nate what ever is better with you." She sounded very excited, and her text said the exact same. "I got tasked with leading the research around you and your abilities!!" She was very happy, her outline was really warm, and bright too. "I'm so excited to work with you!" She said and held your face.

You where unsure what to do now, so you remained silent.
"What are we waiting for? Lets start the research!" She said, and pulled you out of bed.

The guards guided you to a chamber with a glass window.

"I would like you to create some flowers, as fast as you can." Said Dr. Nate. You focused extremely hard on the flowers, witch allmost immediately started to grow.
"Amazing! 1.37 seconds! Thats really great. Now please form a shield like you did in that room." She continnued.

You sat down, and you concentrated as hard as you could. The flowers started shilding you. It took around 3 minutes for the whole shiled to form. "Great job! Now let's see how strong it is!"

D-class personell entered the room, with stuff around them. Some where scared, some seamed bored, or confused, but not that mutch.
"D-class i would like you to start attacking the shiled with the objects, in order from the leest dangerous to the most dangerous." Dr. Nate instructed.
You got a bit scared. You didn't know what the plants could take, so you made the shield thicker and thicker after each attact. When the experiment was over the D-class where escorded out, and you continued with the experiments.

About a month was spent like this. You started to feel somewath secure with your new vision, and you now had allmost full controll over your abilities with plants.

Dr. Nate was a good person. Every time she did have to hurt you for one of the tests, she apologised multiple times, and allways asked for permission.

You grew found of the place. You started to like it here. Noone really missed you you didn't really talk to people anyway. You could see your dad anytime you wanted, and you had a nice relationship with him too. You where crosstested with some scps, but mostly safe class or those that where not that dangerous, like for example, the desire camera, or the tickle monster. You felt at home at the foundation.

One day, on October 7. Dr. Nate knocked on your door, than entered. You where monching on your favourite snack, that was provided for you by her. She closed the door behind herself. "You might need to cut down on those snacks Y/n. You might get chonky if you eat them too mutch" she said jokingly. You smiled at her with a mouth ful of the snack, and after you swallowed them you greeted her.

You found Mary amazing company. She was a like-minded person -even if really hyper sometimes- and overall a good person. You could talk about girls or guys, how you where feeling, how she was feeling, or basicly anithing from memes to astrophysics.

She sat down in front of you. "So the thing is, we want to cross test you with more dangerous anomalies, like scp-049. You know the Plague Doctor.. Before we send you in for the main task witch would be to calm the Shy Guy"
"My main task would be to calm the Shy Guy? Why isn't he calm? Whats wrong with him? Who is he?" You asked her.

She took out some papers and readed them to you.
"Item #: SCP-096

Object Class: Euclid

Description: SCP-096 is a humanoid creature measuring approximately 2.38 meters in height. Subject shows very little muscle mass, with preliminary analysis of body mass suggesting mild malnutrition. Arms are grossly out of proportion with the rest of the subject's body, with an approximate length of 1.5 meters each. Skin is mostly devoid of pigmentation, with no sign of any body hair."

"The poor guy.. no wonder he needs to be comforted.. whad does he do?"

"Just wait ill get to there in a minute.

SCP-096's jaw can open to 4 times the norm of an average human. Other facial features remain similar to an average human, with the exception of the eyes, which are also devoid of pigmentation. It is not yet known whether SCP-096 is blind or not. It shows no signs of any higher brain functions, and is not considered to be sapient.

SCP-096 is normally extremely docile, with pressure sensors inside its cell indicating it spends most of the day pacing by the eastern wall. However, when someone views SCP-096's face, whether it be directly, via video recording, or even a photograph, it will enter a stage of considerable emotional distress. SCP-096 will cover its face with its hands and begin screaming, crying, and babbling incoherently. Approximately 1 to 2 minutes after the first viewing, SCP-096 will begin running to the person who viewed its face (who will from this point on be referred to as SCP-096-1)."
Mary was reading with a bit comedic voice. It was most similar to how google translate sounds.

You looked at her. Her text was switching between 'focused' and 'comedic'. "Aren't you a scientist? Why are you parodising this?" You said giggling a bit.

She smiled at you. "I don't want the situation to get serious. I'm one of those rare researchers that actually finds Dr. Bright's shit funny."

"Who is Dr. Bright?"

"You will see don't worry."

"I'm blind tho?" You said, and you two laughed it off.
