After Lieutenant Anderson left, Detective Grey an I stood on the rooftop for a few minutes.
I'm not sure why they waited with me.
"... how about I give you a ride? Where do you stay?"
They offered as they gently took my wrist to steer me back inside.
"The station."
"... you mean the police station?"
They asked confused.
"Correct."
After a moment of hesitation, Detective Grey asked,
"You can stay with me at my apartment if you'd like? Might be easier."
The offer was... strange. I simply just wait or power down for the evening when the Lieutenant and Detective are not present but... for some reason I agreed to their offer.

Their apartment was not anything glamorous.
It was very average, seemed like the normal apartment for a person in their late twenties.
"Ok well!"
They clapped their hands together and looked at me.
"I'm... not really sure what you need? But I'm going to take a shower, have some dinner and head to bed."
