Jin searched and found a shirt and trousers that belonged to his hyung, Joonie. "Got it!" Jin said cheerfully and laid out the clothes on the bed, along with some new boxers. He then took a quick shower in the next room, and when he came out, Taehyung was already sitting in the living room, reading a magazine.

"Sorry, did I keep you waiting long?" Jin asked, walking towards him.

Taehyung was about to respond, but when he looked up at Jin, he was taken aback. Jin was standing before him, wearing a greyish shirt and orange shorts, showcasing his long legs. Taehyung's eyes widened, and he couldn't help but stare.

"Yaah, Taehyung-ssi, why are you looking at me like that?" Jin asked, noticing Taehyung's gaze

"Yaah, Taehyung-ssi, why are you looking at me like that?" Jin asked, noticing Taehyung's gaze. Jin then rolled his eyes and headed to the kitchen to prepare their soup.

"Do you need any help?" Taehyung asked, snapping back to reality.

"No need, just keep doing what you're doing," Jin replied annoyed.

Taehyung didn't say anything, simply rolled his eyes and continuing to read the magazine.

Jin finished cooking the soup and asked Taehyung, "Can you please carry this tray to the room on the right?"

"Will we not eat here?" Taehyung asked, looking at Jin, who seemed a bit flushed. 'Is he okay?' Taehyung wondered.

"Actually, I'm feeling a bit cold, and that room has a heater, so I suggested it. It's okay if you want to eat here," Jin said, approaching with the tray. However, he struggled to stand straight.

Taehyung quickly approached Jin to take the tray from his hands. As their hands touched, Taehyung felt Jin's high body temperature. He set the tray down on the kitchen counter and placed his hand on Jin's forehead.

Jin looked confused. "What are you doing?"

Taehyung picked Jin up in a bridal carry, leaving Jin stunned. "Yaah, what are you doing? Put me down!"

"Keep quiet," Taehyung said coldly.

Jin didn't say anything, instead locked his hands around Taehyung's neck. When they reached Jin's room, Taehyung gently laid him down on the bed, lifted the blanket to his shoulders, and turned on the heater.

"What are you planning to do? Will you tell me?" Jin asked tiredly.

"Where are the medicines? Who told you to get wet in the rain? See now?" Taehyung scolded, then headed to the kitchen. 'Why are you behaving as if you care for me when you don't?' Jin thought, sighing.

Taehyung returned with the tray. "Eat this; it's still hot. You'll feel better. And where is the medicine?"

"It's okay, you don't..." Jin started, but stopped when Taehyung glared at him.

"Okay, don't look at me like that. It's inside the cupboard in a pink box," Jin said, then reached for his bowl.

As he did, a sharp pain shot through his head. "Ouch!" he cried.

"Are you okay?" Taehyung asked, worried. Jin nodded his head, even though he was not. Taehyung sighed and went to search for the box upon finding it he made his way towards Jin.

"Take this medicine; you'll feel better," Taehyung said, handing Jin the medicine and a glass of water.

Jin took the medicine and water, then began to eat his soup. However, Taehyung grabbed his hand. "You sit still, I'll feed you."

Jin didn't complain. Taehyung sat on the other side of the bed and fed Jin, eating his own soup alongside him.

"You rest, I'll wash the dishes," Taehyung said, standing up.

Jin held the hem of Taehyung's hoodie. "It's okay, you've done a lot. Now come and rest with me. You need rest too, right?" Jin asked, patting the other side of the bed.

"Here?" Taehyung asked.

"Yes, do you have a problem with that?" Jin asked.

"No, it's not that. Actually, I have a habit of hugging things while I sleep," Taehyung said, looking down.

"It's okay; I'm not a heavy sleeper. Don't worry; I'll wake you up if you hug me to death," Jin said, chuckling.

Taehyung joined in. He set the tray aside and lay down beside Jin, lifting the blanket. There was a noticeable distance between them.

"Taehyung," Jin said, looking at Taehyung.

Taehyung hummed, closing his eyes.

"Thank you for today. Thanks for the other day. It's been ages since someone cared for me," Jin said.

"It's okay," Taehyung replied, chuckling.

Jin's eyes were closed, but his next sentence made Taehyung's heart skip a beat.

"You made me feel like home today, Taehyung."
