I had been kidnapped while I was sleeping that night.
I was in a church of sorts when I woke up. There were two people; the owner of the donut shop and the nun. "Hello?" I questioned. "Ah! (Y/N)! I'm so glad you are awake!" The nun giggled. "You see, the owner of the donut shop asked me if I could baptize you. Would you be willing to do that?" "I mean, I guess..." I murmured, much to the nun's delight. "Yay! I'm Sarvente, and, seeing as you've been homeless for a while, I'm offering you a place to stay! You help clean the church and you get to stay here! Simple! What do you say?" She held out her hand. "Deal." I took her hand and shook it. "Wonderful! This Wednesday, okay?" She ushered me towards the donut shop's owner, and I nearly fell over. "(Y/N). I must speak to you." He sounded serious. "Okay..." I followed him outside. "It's come to my attention that you've been dumpster diving." My eyes went wide. 'Where did he learn that?' I thought as he continued. "(Y/N)...you should've just gone to the front of the building. There's a sign there. 'All homeless welcome in to get food!' You could've been getting fresh, home-cooked meals every day." I looked at the ground. "Here's one of Sasha's chicken pot pies." He handed me a styrofoam container. "Sorry." I whispered. "You're fine, you just didn't look around enough. Now, back in the church." He pointed to the door of the place. I entered and Sarv allowed me to eat on one of the pews.
