As Adalyn rose from her bed she left her warm blankets behind and immediately began brushing her hair, glancing in the mirror she smiled, remembering last nights event she glanced at the enormous ruby. She began in her mornings finest after her make up applied and her hair curled. Kathleen sauntered in and began aiding with the corset. As the two women stepped out of the bathroom they were greeted with James whistles and Kathleen taking his arm. For once this time being up early Adalyn was excited she even curtsied the elevator fellow.

Adalyn was riddled with anxiety she kept that to herself. She figured she didn't want to wear one of those white shirts with all those buckles (straight jacket)  and "confess her sins" or what have you so know one knew. Last night. Made everything worse as she put on a brave face her pale complexion hiding well her eyes we wide with worry she couldn't shake the nightmare that coursed through her like the ice cold water below her.
Flash back to last night

Bodies. All those bodies panned out in the water. Black water with thousands of feet below as the ship lurked below. Hands waved frantically as the final part of the ship sank to the ocean floor. Never to be seen again. Crowd from men, children and women sounded like a nursed scene. The moon full, reflecting off of the deep sea. Watching ominously as the passengers below suffered. After about 1 minute, everyone was frozen solid. Hands gripping. Frozen. Sinking. Frozen.

Adalyn woke up in a cold sweat not knowing what the day on sea would hold.

"Adalyn darling are you with us. We were surprised you didn't sink to the bottom with the size of that rock!" Adalyn gave her mother a cold look.
"Mum that's no such thing to joke about" Kathleen shocked at her daughters comment sent her up to the cabin not wanting to endure a salty brunch.
"Great walking alone down the halls unguarded, no idea where Thomas was this day could only get worse." I drudged up the stairs with my dress weighing me down slightly missing Thomas more so than usual knowing he had a full ship to work on. But that didn't stop me from missing his touch. I couldn't wait till we were married. His Irish accent alone swept me off my feet. I was so lost in thought I hadn't heard the footsteps behind me. Then a rag was pulled over my mouth and it all went dark.
*Time skip*

Kathleen sobbed "it's all my fault you know! I sent her to the cabin alone!" James tried comforting her but it was no use. Over 3 hours had gone by and they hadn't heard from there daughter. The couple was with security as they tried to located there daughter. "James. What about Thomas? He has to know she is his fiancé" the couple exchanged glances as security dialled Thomas's suit.
"Mr.Andrew's"
"Thomas it's James. I'm afraid I have some bad news we can't locate Adalyn anywhere she's been gone for most of 3 hours now and we are worried shes hurt it's not like her to...".
"I'm on my way" the phone call was curt and short.
Kathleen and James walked to there cabin. Thomas waiting as the door. "What happened" he ram his hand through his hair. It looked like he hadn't slept in days. "We got in a fight and I send her to the cabin and I"
"Alone? You sent her alone? I've just gotten word that Ismay escaped and is loose aboard, we have to find her before he does. Who knows what he'll do I'll start in the basement with the guards." Thomas's Irish accent lingering as tears brimmed his brown eyes. He knew Ismay to well for his liking and he knew just how jealous he would get. "There's no time to spare" walking off briskly Thomas grabbed two guards the master keys and an oil lamp as they headed for the basement stock room.
It was dark as the heavy foot steps pounded down the stairs two at a time. Peering into the cars as they stepped over the mail net they came up short. "The cell. Lead me to the cells." The men did as they were told.
"And what's this now?!" Thomas grew angry as he slammed the open cell door.
"Now sir that's Ismays cell it appears that he's loose"
With a huff Thomas left the incompetent men and headed to the control room just behind the captain.
