The next day, before the sun could raise, Both Radha and Adhirath went towards Hastinapur leaving Vasusen behind. Though Vasusen asked them to go with Hastinapur Royals, Adhirath refused the offer saying that they'll join the locals and reach Hastinapur. Unable to persuade them, Vasusen watched them go with emotional eyes. Deciding to brood later, he went to his morning prayer on the banks of Yamuna not knowing another blow was waiting for him in the palace.

Lord Parashuram and Dharani waited for Vasusen to arrive so that they could announce their departure to Mahendra mountains. They blessed the Kauravas and Pandavas. Duryodhan hesitantly said,"Devi, his parents just departed. Can't you stay for few more days?" Dharani shook her head in disagreement saying,"We are not supposed to be admist of riches, Prince! We've to be back to our own lifestyle"

Vasusen who came inside the palace with freshly golden dress, and jewels gave one confused face. He smiled at his Gurudev and Mata Dharani before getting their blessings. He said,"Gurudev, I saw one plant nearby the river. We should go there and try it in any one of the medicines! Also..."

Lord Parashuram simply said,"Me and Dharani are going" Vasusen looked at them saying,"We are going! Where Gurudev? But you didn't have anything for breakfast. Wait, Lemme pack something..." Lord Parashuram again cut the boy's words saying,"Radhey! You're a king! You're not supposed to follow us! This time, only we're going. You're going to take care of the..."

But his words stopped when he saw Karn's shocked face. Vasusen on the other hand chuckled saying,"Gurudev, you're kidding, right?" Lord Parashuram raised his eyebrows saying,"I don't have any intentions to kid you, Radhey. And...." Vasusen kneeled and held his Gurudev's legs tightly saying,""Don't go Gurudev!! I know I'm annoying. I made you change for me. But.... please stay with me. I'll not let you stay in this Palace but in the forest with me, I want to be near you. You know all these 10 years, I've never been left alone. I've been always with you. Please Gurudev! Don't go!!"

Dharani's eyes moistened but she took a deep breath saying,"Vasu, dear! Listen to me! You know how much we love our home in the forest. You should send us off happily, child!" Vasusen shook his head adamantly not leaving his Gurudev's legs. Both Lord Parashuram and Dharani looked at each other helplessly.

Lord Parashuram took a deep breath. He felt oddly emotional. Of course, he was used to Radhey with him. Never once, he bonded with a student like he bonded with Radhey. He was more a child than shishya. Apart from being a Guru to the boy, he personally learnt the people's point of view, the lower caste people suffering, how to be carefree and stress-free only from Radhey. But it's time....He didn't want his own selfishness to stop his shishya from enjoying his life. He also wants to go back to his own lifestyle and start his meditation in Agastya hills this time. Not having any other options, he sternly ordered,"Maitriraj Karn!! Get yourself together!"

But Karn looked at his Gurudev with teary eyes asking,"Maitriraj?? Did I become Maitriraj for you too, Gurudev?? You stopped calling me Radhey..." Duryodhan watched his grown-up friend crying in the feet of his Gurudev. Will he also cry like this when his Guru Dronacharya go away?? He looked at his Gurudev but even his own mind mocked him saying,"Let's better not drink and celebrate when he go away!!"

Lord Parashuram sighed heavily. Dharani cupped his face saying,"Child Vasu! Please, don't cry! Mata feels helpless. My Vasu never cries, right? You're a grown up man! You should not cry!" Vasusen looked at Mata Dharani, and the first drop of a tear fell on his cheek and when it was about to fall on the floor but Dharani held the droplet in her palm.

Vasusen looked at her saying,"Am I that much burden that everyone were leaving me alone, Mata? Don't I deserve anyone with me? Am I destined to be alone? Don't you have any pity? I'm going to be alone, Mata! And it makes me scared. I achieved Everything I want now, but at what cost Mata? My own parents left me, now you are going! My friends will go later. I'll be all alone in this damn big place and please have some mercy on me, please Mata! I can't lose you too!"
