The Forest family, Rotxo, Ao'nung and I headed over to the rocks. Ao'nung walked alongside me. "Where is Reya?" I asked. "She's helping mother with some things." I nodded my head and we kept walking. "I'm sure you Forest kids know how to climb at least. Right?" Ao'nung spoke loudly. I once again hit Ao'nung on his head. "Would you stop. Can you not be a jerk for just three minutes, Ao'nung?" He put his hands up and sighed. "Whatever." I turned to the Sully family and gave a small smile. "Ao'nung could you please take Tuk to our mother. She is very sleepy." Kiri asked. 

Ao'nung sighed but agreed. Before he picked up Tuk, I grabbed his ear and pulled it down to my level. "You take her straight to their mother. Do not let anything happen to her Ao'nung. I mean it." He pushed my hand away and stood up straight, rubbing his ear. "I got it." He turned to Tuk and picked her up. The two walking off. 

"Please. Be careful climbing up the rock." I turned around and climbed the rock. It wasn't very large but the water made it slippery. Once everyone was on the rock, we sat in a circle formation. "Rotxo and I shall teach you how to breath better. So you can stay underwater for longer. Okay?" They all nodded at me. "Breath in." I took a deep breath and so did the others. 

"And breath out." I exhaled slowly as the others copied. Rotxo was helping, by guiding the breaths with his hands. The others followed Rotxo's rhythm, as I extended my arm out slightly. "Imagine flickering a flame. You must slow down your heartbeat." I placed one of my hands on my chest, closer to my collar bone and the other one on my stomach.  I turned my head to look at Lo'ak, before I reached over and placed my hand on his chest, over his heart and my other hand on his lower stomach. 

When my hands touched him, I felt his body jump slightly. I looked up at him. "Are you alright?" I asked softly. He nodded his head and I stopped looking at him. "Okay. Breath in." Lo'ak took a deep breath, still following Rotxo's rhythm. I pressed on a certain spot on his lower stomach. Once again causing him to jump. "Breath from down here." He took another breath. "Breath out slowly." As he exhaled I felt his gaze on me. I looked up at him again. "Lo'ak. Your heartbeat is fast." He looked down for one second and then met my eyes.

"Sorry." He said quickly. I nodded my head slightly, as his gaze shifted to look at the view of the island and the sea in front of him. "Try to focus." I spoke softly. He nodded his head. "Okay." I waited for a second. "Breath in." I heard Rotxo clear his throat, very faintly. I looked away from Lo'ak for a split second and saw Neteyam smiling. I rolled my eyes and focused back on Lo'ak. "And breath out." He exhaled slowly. "Let your mind go clear." I could feel that he was starting to understand better. I removed my hands from his body and smiled at him. 

"Good. Kiri. Neteyam. Are you both understanding?" I asked softly. "I think so. But could you maybe check and make sure?" Kiri asked. I happily nodded my head and placed my hand on the flat area of Kiri's chest, right above her heart. Still able to feel it's beats. "Is it okay if I rest my hand here for a moment?" I asked not wanting to make her uncomfortable. She gave me a nod. I then placed my other hand on her lower stomach. "Ready?" She gave me another nod. "Breath in." She did as I instructed. We waited for a few seconds. "Breath out slowly." I smiled as Kiri nailed it.

I removed my hands from her body. "You're ready." I chuckled. I moved closer to Neteyam and placed my hands in the same spot as I did the others. "Neteyam. Your heartbeat is not fast, but it is not slow. Try to calm it down a little more. Okay?" I heard him hum in response. I felt his heartbeat level out. "Good. Now breath in." He was so close, but not quite there. "Neteyam. You must breath from down here." I said pressing on the spot a little more. "Okay." He said. "Try again. Breath in." That time he did it correctly. "And breath out slowly." I smiled and removed my hands and sat up straight.
