"Your mom and dad turned into spaghetti?" Out of all the things he could have said or asked, this is the best that Alix could come up with. "Is it the Filipino version? The one with the Filipino spaghetti sauce? Because if it is, your parents turned into the best version of spaghetti."

I couldn't help but stare at him with absolute confusion while Via sighed loudly and shook her head slowly as Alix kept talking about spaghetti.

"I always love it when CJ cooks for anybody who has their birthday at camp. You know, I should really ask him for the recipe. I'm sure his Lola wouldn't mind sharing her secrets."

"Okay, sparkles, shut up. You're making me hungry."

After touching Rachel's unfinished painting, I didn't realize that it still had some of her powers left on it. With Apollo out of reach, Rachel could only do so much of the little bits of her magic that she was left with. Magic is a little glitchy right now, so there is no way that we could stay here for another minute before something triggers one of Rachel's vision art again.

Via and Alix saw me having a seizure in the middle of Rachel's art room for about five minutes, with my eyes glowing with the same green light and smoke surrounding me as they did Rachel before I dropped dead on the floor. I mean, I'm not actually dead, but my best friends thought I was dead before we could even encounter actual monsters. That would be pretty embarrassing, too; dying in someone's condominium from a flash of light as a demigod is pretty lame.

The thought of it made me giggle a bit, but because my friends were still waiting to see if I had a concussion, they looked at me with concerned looks on their faces. This is one of those moments where I wish I was not always so caught up with the thoughts in my head. Now, people think the Jacksons' only daughter is coo-coo crazy.

"Is she okay?" Via leaned over to Alix while still keeping her eyes on me. She tried so hard to whisper, but with them being right at my face, I could hear every word. "I don't think she's okay."

"She was floating with her head almost at the ceiling," Alix whispered back. I use whisper very lightly because these two probably didn't learn how to do it while growing up with how loud they are. "Then dropped to the floor. Via, I won't be surprised if she can't remember any of our names."

"Don't be so dramatic," I told them, rolling my eyes. I tried to push myself off the couch, wanting to sit up, but my friends quickly stopped me.

"Legacy of Apollo here," Alix held me by my shoulders and pushed me back so I could lie down again. "And I say, it would be good for your head if you lie down more. Delia, you were out like a light for about ten minutes after your body slammed against the floor."

"You're lucky there wasn't any bleeding," I didn't know where Via got the blanket, but she draped it over me and started tucking me back on the couch. "I was this close to calling Chiron and begging him to pick us up."
