Today was the day that the guys all got out of rehab, and you were driving with Cassie on your way to pick up your husband. You were a bundle of nerves, anxiously ready to see your completely clean husband with no drugs or alcohol in his system. You were excited.
"Are you ready to see your daddy, sweet girl? He's going to be very happy to see you." You said to your daughter as you looked at her through the rearview mirror.
When you pulled up to the rehab center, You waited for Tommy to walk out of the glass double doors. And he did. Along with the rest of his bandmates. You let out a laugh when you saw both Vince's and Mick's original hair colors. Seems as though they don't let you dye your hair in rehab. Vince looked miserable, because of his no longer bleach blonde hair. And Mick looked embarrassed. Because of his red hair.
Tommy looked enthusiastic, and Nikki looked even better. he looked healthy, happy, for once. When your husband spotted you in the car, he excused himself from the other guys and ran to you, suitcase dragging behind him.
The brunette enthusiastically opened the door. "Y/n!" He cheered, giving you a long kiss. "Hi, baby." you smiled.
You got out and helped him put the suitcase in the trunk before he then opened the left passenger side door in the back to see his daughter. "Hi baby! Daddy missed you." he cooed as he held her against his chest. Your heart melted at the sight.
As you were watching the interaction, Nikki walked up to you. "Hey, Y/n." he said awkwardly. "Hey, Nikki. How are you feeling?" You asked the bassist. "I'm alright, I'd like to apologize for what happened at your wedding."
"Oh, it's fine. Im sure Tommy's already accepted your apology." you replied.
"No, not that...the other thing."
"What other thing- oh!"
"Yeah, I'm sorry about that. It was extremely selfish of me."
"It's okay, Nik. You were high and in your feelings."
"I just want you to know it was completely inappropriate."
"What was inappropriate?" Tommy asked, having put Cassie back in her carseat. "Nothing important T-Bone." Nikki said before you got the chance to open your mouth. You didn't want this to happen, especially the day after they all got out of rehab. It could give them all a reason to relapse.
"No, I wanna know what inappropriate thing involves my wife." he said, standing in front of Nikki, sizing him up. You shut the door to Cassie's side and sighed, putting your head in your hands.
"Did you fuck her?" Tommy asked.
"No! Why the fuck would you even ask me that?" Nikki responded.
"So what did you do? Grope her? Did you rape her?"
"I fucking tried to kiss her okay?!"
Silence.
"You fucking what?!" Tommy exclaimed. This was only going to get worse from here. "When?"
"Your wedding. When we were dancing, I was high and leaned in to kiss her but she backed away before I could." He setting himself up to get his ass kicked.
And just as expected, Tommy took a swing at him, tackling him to the ground. Nikki fought back, of course. But was still getting his ass beat by your husband. Mick pulled him away from the bassist. "Calm the fuck down. We don't need a fight in front of the rehab center, they might make us stay another week. Nikki apologized, let it go." Mick said.
"He almost kissed my wife! My wife! She's mine, Nikki! She doesn't belong to you!"
"Don't you think I already know that?!"
After everything calmed down, he made his way into the front passenger seat. You went into the driver's seat and drove off.
What a day.
