"I'm bored."
"You're not the only one."
Izzy smacks Minho upside the head, playfully, of course. But Minho, being himself, feigns pain.
"Ow! You hit me!"
Izzy rolls her eyes at Minho's antics.
"Please, I barely touched you. But, if you want real pain..."
Minho's eyes widen, quickly stopping his feigned.
"Nope. I'm all better now, no need for that."
"Knew it, you big baby."
"Yeah, but I'm your big baby."
"Never say that again, Min."
"Noted."
Izzy smiles fondly up at him, and he's looking at her like she's the only person he's ever met.
It makes her feel loved. She knows Minho loves her. But, sometimes she can't help but feel that he could find someone better.
Minho's looking at her, admiring her beauty. But he can tell she's dissociating. She's got this glazed over look in her eyes, like she doesn't usually have.
"Hey. What are you thinking about in that head of yours?"
She doesn't respond. That's how he knows it's one of the harder days for her. He worries. But he knows she'll come out about it eventually. So he waits.
He knows she's constantly judging herself, and it makes him sad. He wishes he could do more to help her.
"Minho?"
"I'm here, Iz. I'm here."
"Good."
"Hey, Min?"
"Yeah?"
"Can you promise me something?"
"Anything."
"Don't leave me. Please."
"I'm not going anywhere, Iz. Not if I still have free will."
"Thank you."
"Of course, Iz. But, you know I love you."
Izzy smiles softly at him. She doesn't say anything, and for a moment, Minho thinks he screwed up, maybe it's too soon.
"Hey, Min?"
"I love you too."
"More then anything."
Izzy sits up, resting her head on Minho's shoulder. It's quiet. Almost peaceful. They're watching some old movie on tape, she's not sure what. But, she doesn't really care. Because she's here. With Minho.
Eventually the movie ends, but neither of them are tired, to be completely honest.
