Ω Dark Pit POV. Ω

The days that followed ran together. She never let me leave my room for ANYTHING. Sure she let me use the......necessities, but that was only because it was in the room across from mine. Though she won't let me leave my room, as she promised she provided food, water, and things that would help with the healing of my broken and sore bones. When I woke up on the first day, she came in to check on me, but I didn't really talk to her. She left, but came back shortly after carrying a wooden, sanded plate with a large omelet and a cup of something in her other hand. She gave it to me and I sat there examining it, just to see if there was anything suspicious about it. She only laughed at my suspicions and merely said

"As I told you last night, if I wanted to kill you I would've done it when I found you last night." I decided to take the risk. I picked up the wooden fork, stabbed the egg, and stuck it in my mouth. I didn't show it, but it was pretty stinkin' good. She smiled at me and said "I mixed a healing liquid into the food, and the milk will help with your wings." She then walked out. I looked back at my plate and continued to eat. The food had a sort of magic taste to it, but I guess she said that herself, though I think she lied about the milk cause it also had a slight magic taste to it. I finished the food and not long after there was a scratching at the door.

I looked up and saw the overgrown spider walking towards my bedside and reached a claw up to the nightstand trying to get the plate and cup that was sitting on it. He struggled. I just rolled my eyes and placed the utensils on his back. He just chirped and walked out. This is basically what happened at every mealtime and when I wasn't eating I was reading. Now I may be able to read (unlike that puppet), but that doesn't mean I like it. This is really the only thing that I can do activity wise, well the only one that she'll LET me do. The bookshelf that was attached to the side of my bed (go back to chapter 4 to refresh your memory of the bedroom) contained books mostly about healing remedies, but there were a couple of books about history, like about the gods and goddesses and pretty much everything up to this point. There was really nothing to do OTHER than read, so that's what I would do. I would read the day away, until it would hit about seven o'clock at night when I would be served food, go through the usual routine and then go to bed.

I've been stuck in this bed for about a week and a half now. I was reading a book on the history of a boy named Icarus and his father. I was surprisingly really into the story. I was just about to find out what happened to them after they made the fake wings when. . .

*Knock* *knock*

I looked up at the door and sighed annoyed. The door opened to reveal (Y/N) with a tray in her hands and Arsenic at her feet. He chirped at me, and then left. She smiled at me and walked over to me. I just rolled my eyes and tried to get back to the book, but she interrupted me again by 'coughing'. I looked back at her with a look on my face that said 'what do you want'.

"Well, it's been a while since I've checked on your arm and leg so I thought now would be a good time to do it." I gave her a 'really' look, but she just ignored me and grabbed my arm *sigh* looks like Icarus will have to wait.

When she unwrapped my arm it felt as if it had just been released from a vice that had been locking it in place. In my mind I released a relieved sigh, but I wasn't about to show weakness to some girl. She moved my arm up and down while looking at me, trying to see if I would react in any negative way. She moved it all the way up, nothing hurt, well beside the pain that is felt after being kept in the same position for a long time. She moved it down slowly until it was straight, again nothing other than the movement pain. She smiled slightly and then started gripping slowly up and down my lower arm, and still no reaction. If anything it felt good to get back the circulation in my arm. She smiled brightly and nodded.
