I had talked to Miles the entire night.
I knew his favourite song, his favourite movie, who his uncle was, why he's in a different school now, what he's gotten up to with 'Peter Parker' and a bunch of other stuff as well.
Even if it was just one night spent with him, I couldn't deny that I probably had feelings for him. Only small ones, only a tiny, stupid little crush, and it doesn't mean anything... but I totally like him. Back in my universe, boys are never this nice or kind or charming, and it really sldidnt take long for him to grow on me.

He had insisted that I slept on his bed, so he slept on the floor. I woke up and pushed my way through the duvet. Suddenly, I looked down to see him asleep beneath me. I felt a twang of guilt for making him sleep on the floor, but it was him who offered.

I really needed good sleep anyway. With everything that happened back in my universe, I know I just need to blend in here for a while until I can get back.

After a couple of days, I had settled in really well, but much to my dismay, I had to go to a boarding school as "my legal guardians" hadn't come to find me in time.

It was some place called Visions and the second I heard it I realised that that was the same school Miles went to. I don't know how long I'll be in this universe, and even if Miles knows other people from other universes, it doesn't mean that they know a way back either. A minor setback, however, is constantly 'glitching' because in Miles's words, my atoms are basically destroying themselves.
Which is a bit scary to think about, so I've just tried not to think about it at all.

I had a Visions uniform that was sent out courtesy of the school, and I still had my backpack that I had brought from my universe.

To be honest, I had completely forgotten about it, and every time I picked it up, it was purely subconscious. All it had was some variations of pink spray paint, my spider-suit, a thong (why did I pack that?) and my phone, which i didn't even remember packing. Luckily, my bag didn't even get checked, so I was off the hook for having my spider suit.

I looked in the mirror, wincing at my reflection as the uniform covered up every single bruise and cut and scar I had ever been given. I guess no one will suspect a thing.
"Ai, you look so pretty! ¡Tendrás a todos Los chicos a tus pies!" Miles's mom beamed at me as she fixed my collar.
"Thanks, Mrs Morales, but I look a bit....stupid.." I laughed at myself. The uniform isn't very flattering. At least not on me.
"Don't be silly... you couldn't look any worse than some of the girls at Miles's school," Miles's mum began, "Sus faldas son tan altas en el culo que caminan raro.."

I did actually speak a bit of Spanish. Some countries here are actually countries in my universe, too.

She said that the girls' skirts were so far up thier asses that they walked funny, and I laughed at her, causing her to frown.

"You speak Spanish?"

"Solo un poco pero se lo que dijiste."

This meant that I only knew a little, but I still knew what she said.

When I said this, her eyes lit up, "¡eso es tan asombroso! Realmente eres perfecto para mi hijo."

"Mom!" I heard Miles yell from the hallway as he walked out of the toilet, "Stop!"

"What? I'm just saying.." Miles's mom mumbled before shuffling away to the kitchen.

"I'm sorry."

"For what? I don't even know what she said!"

I do.
