The Lost Daughter of Artemis

I awoke from my sleep from a huge bang. Andrew and I quickly got dressed and ran outside. I saw campers running in all directions trying to get away from something. Then I saw it. In the distance was a huge creature that I have never seen before. It was a giant snake that breathed fire. The snake was setting the entire forest on ablaze. I could see that some of the campers were trying to defend the camp like the children of Ares. I could see that Percy and Jason were attacking the beast with their swords as some of the campers tried to do the same. I rushed back into my cabin and grabbed my bow and arrows and ran back out with my silver bow in my hand. That's when Thalia came out too.

"We are awaiting for you command lieutenant," said one of the older hunters. They all looked to Thalia as she thought of a plan.

I sighed and began to run with Andrew on my tail. I ran up to the beast and began to unleash my arrows upon it. It seemed to see me and began to charge at me. I began running backwards still firing my silver arrows into the giant serpent. I then saw Nico and Andrew with black purple swords running up to the beast. The sword that Andrew held was about a foot longer then Nico's and were both made out of Stygian Iron. Percy and Jason slashed at the beast but the beast seemed to be unaffected by their attacks.

"Daughter of Artemisss I have been sssent to dessstroy you," the beast hissed as it spoke."you can not run from me, I am to fassst for you," the snake hissed as he slithered closer to me.

That's when Andrew slashed at its underbelly and it hissed in pain. Nico and Andrew began to attack the serpent with their swords that's when Hazel came out with a Stygian Iron bow and arrows and began to fire them at the beast. The giant snake shreeked and began to disintegrate. I watched as the snake vanished into thin air. That's when everything faded to black.

I wake up in the infirmary with Andrew sitting next to my bed. I smiled down at him sleeping as I stroked his simi-long black hair. He stirred awake and looked at me.

"Your awake," Andrew said smiling at me and kissed me.

"How long have I been out for," I said sleepily as I rubbed my eyes.

"Lydia you been out for three days," Andrew said with a sad expression on his face.

"Three days......wow," I said as I stretched my arms."And the snake."

"Gone," said Andrew as he grabbed my hand.

I smiled and kicked my feet over the edge of the bed and sighed as I got up. I walked out of the infirmary and was greeted by the group.

"I hope your feeling better," said Annabeth.

"Yeah you took a nasty blow to the head," said Percy.

"I feel fine, and I did?" I said rubbing my head at the spot that was still tinder.

"Yeah dude," said Leo with a huge grin," by Jason's sister none of the less."

I looked at Jason," your sister?"

"Thalia," Jason said sighing.

"Wait wait wait what Thalia's your sister? And why did she hit me?" I said bitterly.

"Yes and she didn't her shield did it flew off her arm when she was attacking that snake thing and it hit you in the head."

"You should of seen Andrew he was almost in tears when you weren't responding to anything," said Leo laughing.

"I was not," Andrew protested as he glared at Leo.

"You kinda were man," Percy laughed agreeing with Leo.

"Yeah and let's not forget that he almost murdered my sister," Jason laughed.

"Did you really try to kill Thalia," I said as I looked at Andrews brilliant blue eyes.

"Yeah if it weren't for Nico she would be dead right now," Andrew said smiling at me then leaned down to kiss my forehead.

"Yeah if it weren't for Nico's Shadow Travel there would of been no way to stop him from getting to Thalia," said Alisa smiling up at Nico.

"It was nothing really," Nico smiled and blushed a little.

"Yeah it was Nico you saved my sister," Jason said smiling at Nico.

I smiled seeing all my friends together and happy. We decided call it a day and we all headed to our cabins.
When it was just Andrew and I he stopped me.

"Lydia I don't know what I would of done if you didn't wake up..... I was such a mess since the accident. I haven't been able to eat or sleep. I love you Lydia with all my heart," Andrew said to me as he pulled me in closer to him.

"I love you too Andrew," I said before we parted to go to our cabins.
