It was the weekend and Ling Cheng was over at Lu Rang's house because the latter had suggested that they spend some 'quality' time together .
Let's rewind to Friday evening , Ling Cheng was in his room struggling with his Math homework . The teenage boy had attempted to finish it himself but couldn't as he grew confused with it . He just decided to give up and phoned Lu Rang to help him with it . Then he picked up the new phone that Lu Rang had bought for him but it wasn't like he wasn't financially unstable , no .
The Ling family had money that could last for generations and not have to work but his parents and he himself were humble . His parents make a living by owning a large snack shop chain and his mother had brought up a local bakery . Him being the only child was spoiled rotten but he was brought up to be a kind and down to earth person .
Anyways , Lu Rang had bought it for him because of how Ling Cheng had refused to buy one because they were 'time consuming and unnecessary' but he just couldn't resist it if his best friend had bought him one , could he ? He picked up the device and went to the contacts and scrolled down(ayy my guy has loads of friends considering how social he was) to the contact with the name "My Physics Nerd"
"Ay, Lu Rang, have you done the math homework?I need some help with this one problem ,"Ling Cheng spoke softly into the device .
"Lu Rang? Did something happen? Why are you calling me Lu Rang and not Rang Rang?",asked Lu Rang who was a tad bit sulky .
"Well I can't always call you Rang Rang , can I?" muttered Ling Cheng sarcastically into the device .
"Of course you can and you should . You're the only one I let call me that ,"answered Lu Rang with a hint of pride. Is that?
"Hǎo ba hǎo ba,Rang Rang can you please help me with this problem?"said Ling Cheng who just gave into the childishness of his best friend.
"Okay since you asked soooo nicely,"chuckled Lu Rang.
