|?-Sequel to Mi Camaleon-?|
Y/n and Camilo used to be enemies, but now they're officially dating and they've never been happier.
But what'll happen when someone enters the gap in the mountains? What happens when Y/n gets an opportunity to see some...
I was woken up by a kiss on my forehead. My eyelids fluttered over and I saw Camilo holding me close.
"Good morning, mi novia hermosa." He smiled. "Do you know what day it is today?"
"I can't seem to recall." I lied.
He sat up and grabbed a bouquet of f/fs from behind him.
"It's your birthday, amor."
I pulled myself up. "Cami." I took a deep whiff. "They're beautiful."
He then grabbed a tray of breakfast out of nowhere.
"Breakfast in bed for the birthday girl."
I giggled, shaking my head. "You really don't have to do all this."
"Um, of course I do! It's my perfect girlfriend's sweet sixteen!" He kissed my cheek. He climbed out of bed while I started eating.
He returned wearing his usual outfit, minus his ruana, with another present, a yellow box with a f/c ribbon.
"For you."
I raised my eyebrow, putting the tray to my side. "How many presents did you get me?"
"79." He answered.
I took the box. "Got it. You can expect 81 presents for your birthday."
"I don't need any presents, mi amor. You're the best present I could ever get."
"M-Mi amor?"
He leaned in. "You heard me." He raised the gift. "Open."
There were two dresses inside. A yellow dress, with Cami's signature chameleon pattern around the waist and a f/c dress with a similar butterfly pattern.
He went to walk out before he stopped and spun around. "Also, the girls have a surprise that you're not allowed until tonight. Actually, we have two."
"You can't just tell me there's a surprise! What is it?!"
"Then it wouldn't be a surprise, would it, mi vida?"
I groaned. "Whatever, see you downstairs."
I put on the f/c dress and walked downstairs. I saw Cami in the kitchen, wearing a f/c ruana, with the same butterfly pattern as my dress.
I laughed. "You're so cheesy, mi amor."
He walked up to me, used his index finger to tilt my head up and pressed a kiss against my lips.
"Only for you, mi corazón."
The girls emerged from a corner, each holding a gift.
Mirabel bought me some scented candles, Isa and Val worked together to make me a necklace, Luisa got me a swimming costume and Dolores got me a set of watercolours.
"Guys, these are amazing! Thank you so much!" We all hugged and then the adults walked in.
They asked me to sit down as everyone stood formally around me.
"Every generation," Alma explained formally, "On their 16th birthday, the Madrigal women would receive a ring. The tradition began with my great-grandmother, and now it is your turn."
Pepa revealed a specially made ring. It had red gem in the centre, with blue ones on the outside.
