The Unexpected Pair

"So, you guys have a lot of magic here at Auradon? Like wands and things like that?" Mal asks trying to get info for our mission.

"Yeah, it exists of course, but it's pretty much retired." Ben says as he and Audrey stop in front of us. "Most of us here are just ordinary mortals." Ben continues.

"Who happened to be kings and queens." Mal says rolling her eyes.

"That's true. Our royal blood goes back hundreds of years." Audrey says quickly in a perky voice putting Bens's arm around her as the chuckle.

"Doug. Doug, come down." Ben tells one of the band members taking his arm off of Audrey and walking to the stairs. "This is Doug. He's gonna help you with your class schedules and show you the rest of the dorms." Ben tells us side hugging Doug as he talks.

It's kind of funny how he rather put his arm around Doug's shoulder, then his girlfriend's shoulders.

"I'll see you later, okay?" Ben tells us, but mostly Mal, she nods as he talks. Behind him I look at Audrey and I can tell she's mal he's paying so much attention to her. "And if there is anything you need feel free to..." Ben gets cut off.

"Ask Doug." Audreys says in a fake happy voice with an also fake smile. Audrey and Mal fake laughing again. Audrey starts walking away and pulls Ben with her as they walk out, I watch as she basically drags him out the door.

"Hi, guys. I'm Dopey's son." Doug says waving awkwardly. "As in Dopey, Doc, Bashful, Happy, Sleepy and..." Doug trails off as he looks at Evie. "Heigh - Ho." He says staring at her.

"Evie. Evil Queen's daughter." Evie says walking forward. I look behind me at Jay as see him roll his eyes. He's the big brother of the group, even though Mals like the "leader" in everything we done. So, whenever a boy flirts with one of us girls he gets annoyed.

Doug comes back from his daydream and says, "Okay. So, about your classes. I put the requirements already. History of Woodsmen and Pirates, Safety Rules for the Internet and Remedial Goodness 101." Doug says basically to just Evie, as he was talking Mal walked behind him looking over his shoulder at the papers he was holding. He didn't notice until the end of his sentence and his voice got higher as he talked.

"Let me guess... New class?" Mal asked eating some candy she got from the car and Doug nodded. Mal dropped the rapper on the floor and Doug watched it fall. "Come on, guys, let's go find our dorms." She said and started walking up the staircase behind her and we all followed her.

"Oh. Uh, yeah, your dorms are that way, guys." Doug said pointing the opposite direction we were going. as we walked back down the stairs, he tried to remember the name of his last uncle. "Dopey, Doc, Bashful, Happy, Grumpy, Sleepy and..."

Me and Carlos stopped next to him and said " Sneezy." He muttered out an 'oh' annoyed he couldn't remember.

We walked down the hall to our dorms together until it spit to where there was a girl's hall and a boy's hall. "I'll see you girls later, I'm gonna go with the boys to their dorm. I don't even want to know what that princess room is going to look like." I say rolling my eyes.

"Okay, we'll see you guys later." Mal says then she and Evie walk down the girl's hall.

"Okay, Let's see what this room looks like." Jay says clapping his hands. We start walking down the hall to their room checking the numbers. "Here it is." Jay says using the key to unlock it.

"I already know your room is going to be so much better then ours." I groan as Jay opens the door. We all walk in and look around in awe.

"Whoa..." We all say. We look around for a while from the doorway. Then we look at each other in excitement. We run inside and find a bunch of cool things we don't have on the Isle. They have board games, snacks, and two big beds for Carlos and Jay.

A few hours later Carlos is playing with one of the video games he found, and Jay and I are showing each other things we stole when we "went on a walk to look around". We really just went to see what good stuff we could take from people.

Mal and Evie walked into the room and looked around. "Jay, Jazz, what are you doing?" Mal asked walking over to us next to Jays bed.

"It's called stealing." Jay says smirking at her still taking things out of he pockets and gloves and I laugh at him.

"Okay, what's the point?" Mal askes us.

"Well, Mal, it's kinda like buying whatever we want, except its free." I tell her as I pull a tablet out from the back of my shirt and Jay pull out a laptop and opening it. I look over at jay and the laptop his hold. "Ugh, yours is so much better then mine." I mutter to him but he just smiles at me and roll my eyes.

"Okay. So, you guys can do that, or you could leave all of this here and pick it up when we talk over the world." Mal says picking up and dropping a phone we took.

"You sound just like your mom!" Evie tells Mal.

"Thank you!" Mal says putting her hand of her heart.

"You do it your way and we'll do it ours." Jay tells her waking away, closing the laptop and putting it on the bed. I chuckle at him and follow.

"Die, suckers!" Carlos yells at the video game. "Jazz, Jay, come check this thing out! Man, it's awesome!" Carlos says hopping down from where he was. Jay talks the controls from his and jumps up to where Carlis was. Me and Carlos watch him play as he yells out 'Oh!'s and 'Whoa!'s.

"Guys! Do I have to remind you what we're all here for?" Mal askes us annoyed.

"Fairy God Mother... Blah, blah, blah." Jay says paying attention to the game.

"Magic wand..." Jay starts and looks at me. "Blah, blah, blah." we say together, and we all laugh, except Mal.

"This is our one chance to prove to ourselves to our parents." Mal says getting our attention. "To prove that we're evil and vicious and ruthless and cruel. Yeah?" Mal finishes.

"Yeah." we all say.

"Evie, mirror me." Mal says pulling out a chair at the table. We all walk over to the table as Evie gets out her mirror to find the wand.

"Mirror, mirror on the... In my hand. where does Fairy God Mothers wand stand?" Evie askes her mirror. She moves it so we call all see it as it shows the wand.

"There it is!" Mal says. it looks like it floating somewhere important.

"Zoom out." Carlos tells Evie. She brings the mirror close to her face and whispers to it.

"Magic mirror not so close." and puts it back where we can all see it. it shows us the whole earth and I groan.

"E are you serious?" I ask her annoyed. Evie just keeps telling the mirror to get closer as we wait.

"Can I go back to my game? I'm on level three." Carlos says pointing at the tv and grabbing the controls.

"Oooh, yeah." I say following him.

"Stop!" Jay yells and grabs my arm stopping me from walking. i look at the mirror and see a sign that says 'The museum of cultural history'

"It's in a museum? Do we know where that is?" Mal askes. Calros starts typing on the computer then turns it towards us.

"2.3 miles from here." He says and we all smile at him. We all put a way our things and leave. As we run out, I noticed Carlos wasn't with us again.

"Carlos!" I whisper yell

"Coming!" He yells back and runs out.
