ADAMANTINES -Alien's Lethal Conspiracy

A queer egg-like spacecraft drifted through the murkiness of space in absolute silence, akin to a dreaded banshee predator nobody has ever come across. It was about 2 miles long and had a mid-section diameter not far from a mile. It also flaunted a somewhat daunting lumpy evenly pitted exterior, permeated with haphazard shallow craters. Someone perceiving from afar would have indubitably identified it as a mere massive infrequent space rock, only that this one was the opposite!

The whole thing seemed completely out of place and time given that its odd silhouette, texture, and inexplicable design wholly flouted all the known laws of physics on Earth. Startlingly, it lacked any discernible propulsion systems and probably appeared to have originated from a galaxy known as Maffei 1– a vast spiral galaxy adjoining the Perseus and Cassiopeia constellations. Maffei 1 is greatly credited for its bluish radiance permeated with innumerable bright sparkling miniature orbs that impart a splendid magical sight to any advancing visitor.

Maffei 1 also happens to be the closest giant elliptical galaxy closest to the Milky Way Galaxy. On Earth, it was so-called after Paolo Maffei who discovered it in 1967 and considered the most likely Galaxy along with Maffei 2 to harbor life.

Somewhere deep within the bizarre space vessel's innermost realms, four tall humanoid figures weaved majestically through a medium-sized triangular hallway in utter silence, bypassing several crimson doors and atypical hallways that forked to unknown destinations. Their dour pace in the heart of the hallway's faint greenish luminosity vented great purpose, confidence, and mission.

The entire hallway radiated with a faint greenish glow that appeared to blossom from all three faces sheathing it, including the floor itself. It was as if the entire hallway's construct was made of pure luminescent, ultra-smooth material churning out a spectacular and serene ambiance. However, the eerie absence of even the slightest sound betrayed the whole atmosphere.

Despite most of the humanoids' physical features being obscured by the greenish tinge flooding the hallway, all were fully clad in sleek, murky ensembles crowned with long, shadowy trench coats and sparkling sets of black leather shoes.

Suddenly and unexpectedly, a strange bamboozling event started unfolding immediately the humanoids came into proximity to a lone door sitting at the end of the hallway! A very spooky and dazzling process altering the entire door's physics as if there was an imperceptible ghost gnawing the damn door vertically from the right and swiftly, even. Or perhaps as if the door was thawing into nothingness, for within a fraction of a second, a thin vertical aperture had popped into existence, gleaming with more bright light as it widened. Within a blink of an eye, the aperture had enlarged vastly halfway at par with the mystifying thawing, unmasking more of the room's exquisite interior.

As the humanoids approached closer contact with the assaulted door, the strange gnawing ghost had already chewed the entire door into oblivion.

No sooner the last humanoid strode past the thawed door, behind his back, something else initiated at the same gnawed door! However, this time, it cropped up as if time had shifted into a reverse cog, reversing the whole gnawing process just as it had ensued. In actual sense, the door was indeed extending rightwards again. Sealing the door tight and locking the humanoids inside.

Surprisingly, the luminous room had no sign of anything, anywhere.  There was no sign of furniture, electrical devices, wiring, or any decorations whatsoever inside the blight super quiet room wherein even the deaf could hear a microscopic pin bang on the floor.

"Please, welcome again into the Project Terra precinct," echoed a soft melodious feminine voice. The echo appeared to stem from all faces of the rectangular chamber, though she was lacking in the room as if she were a ghost.
